For years, The Dapper Dans have been favorites among Disney Parks guests for their blend of harmonies and hijinks. Whether they’re in the Harmony Barber Shop or riding aboard the Main Street Trolley, the Dapper Dans provide a soundtrack like no other on Main Street U.S.A. View the full article

After college she focused on distance running, and with the support of her husband and family set a goal to run a marathon in all 50 states. But sometimes life is like running. You are traveling down the road, perfect stride, when all of the sudden you hit “the wall.” That moment when you feel you just can’t go any further. It is when you pull yourself together, perhaps change your goals, but continue to push through and move forward. That is exactly what happened in Linda’s life. View the full article

  15. Yo ho yo ho, an ice cream sundae for me! That’s right - the Caribbean Pirates have claimed the first-ever March Magic victory on Facebook, making Disneyland the winning resort. You may remember that I made a little wager with my fellow Disney Parks Blog author, Gary Buchanan … If Walt Disney World won, he’d be doused by the world’s biggest Dole Whip (“big game” style) and if Disneyland won, he’d have to buy me the biggest ice cream sundae that Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor can make. Well, yesterday the time came for him to pay up! View the full article

  23. I can now say I have the #1 highlight of my Disney career: interviewing Disney Legend Richard Sherman. What an amazing day! I met him at the Walt Disney Archives in Burbank, Calif., where he sat at Walt Disney’s piano and played “it’s a small world,” the iconic song he wrote and composed with his late brother, Robert. He’s very proud of the song’s meaning and very serious about its impact on the world. He talks more about it in the video below. As you would imagine, he was a pure delight. He was kind and funny, and after the interview he played more of his classics for the room. I hope this video captures that unforgettable day. Enjoy! View the full article
