  1. We’re enjoying ALL THINGS SPRING at the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! 2025 Trowel & Trellis Food Booth And that includes a visit to the Trowel & Trellis Outdoor Kitchen, one of the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths. The Food Booths join the Garden Rocks Concert Series, the Garden Graze food crawl, the gorgeous Disney topiaries, and more as part of EPCOT’s spring festival. And right now, we’re checking out Trowel & Trellis so we can bring you our complete review
just like we’re doing with every single Outdoor Kitchen at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival! Menu You’ll find Trowel & Trellis near the Port of Entry along the World Showcase Promenade. The food items returning this year to Trowel & Trellis are the Soy-glazed Pork Sticky Ribs, the Farmhouse Meatball made with IMPOSSIBLE Beef, and the Chocolate Mousse Terrarium. 2025 Trowel & Trellis Outdoor Kitchen Menu The drink selection is where you’ll spy new items on the menu this year, including the Tropical Punch, which you can enjoy with or without Cruzan Mango Rum. Ology Brewing Co Spa Goggles Cucumber Lime Gose is also new this year. Here we go! Eats Let’s start with the Soy-glazed Pork Sticky Ribs for $7.25. These are plated with green onions and peanuts. These ribs were more moist than we expected and that just made them even better for us. They had a great balance of fat and meat, and that just made them super flavorful. There was also a hint of spice, but it’s Disney spice, so nothing too out there. We also loved the crunchy peanuts on top because they added a nice textural element. Soy-glazed Pork Sticky Ribs Up next is the Farmhouse Meatball, which features IMPOSSIBLE Beef for $6. This plant-based dish is served with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, and creamy herb aĂŻoli. And it happens to be an option for guests participating in the Garden Graze food crawl. Okay, where has this been all our lives? This SHOCKED us with how good it tasted. These meatballs ROCKED. However, we weren’t crazy about the lentil bread, although we loved the creamy herb aioli, which just added a lot of extra flavor to balance it out. This will be one of our favorite plant-based dishes. Farmhouse Meatball The too-cute Chocolate Mousse Terrarium is back for $5.50. A matcha crumble and chocolate “soil” lend this dish its signature look and flavor. This sort of reminded us of a cookies and cream kind of dessert. It’s nice. Maybe it’s not a “must get,” but the presentation is cute. Chocolate Mousse Terrarium We also want to point out that the matcha isn’t too flavor-forward because we know matcha can be a controversial flavor for some. If you don’t like matcha, though, you still might want to skip. Drinks New to Trowel & Trellis is the Tropical Punch made with Twinings Mango & Pineapple Herbal Tea, Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange, and Guava Juice, Simply Fruit Punch, and simple syrup. You can try it without alcohol for $4.75, or with Cruzan Mango Rum for $11.50. Tropical Punch This drink also surprised us. It’s light and super fruity. This is what you want to drink when it’s hot and humid out because it’s so refreshing. And beer drinkers can try the Ology Brewing Co Spa Goggles Cucumber Lime Gose ($5.75 for a 6-ounce pour, or $9.75 for a 12-ounce pour). OVERALL Overall, this booth is not a best-of-the-fest kind of situation, but plant-based eaters visit just for that Farmhouse Meatball (and honestly, carnivores will like it, too, we think). However, we also found the ribs and drink pretty good, so you’ll want to make this a stop on your EPCOT Flower & Garden food booth adventure. 2025 Spread Thanks for joining us at Trowel & Trellis Outdoor Kitchen! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from

  3. Come along with us as we stop at the halfway point in World Showcase — Refreshment Outpost! Refreshment Outpost Booth The 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially begun and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, unique topiaries to check out, merchandise to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to Refreshment Outpost — to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Eats First up, we grabbed the Jamaican Beef Patty featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with spicy papaya syrup for $6.75. Last year, this dish was at La Isla Fresca and was a Best of the Fest! Jamaican Beef Patty featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with spicy papaya syrup This year, the Jamaican Beef Patty remained outstanding! We found it to be stuffed — arguably even overstuffed — with filling in the best way, all with delicious papaya sauce on top. Yuuuum One note about this dish: it is spicy! In fact, it may be something that’s too spicy for many visitors. Honestly, we’d recommend skipping if you have any sensitivity to heat. That said, if you can handle a little heat and a lot of seasonings and flavors, the balance between the rich, savory filling, the delicious flaky crust, and the sweet, spicy papaya syrup is just perfect, and this may be ideal for you. The other dish at Refreshment Outpost this year is another plant-based item, the Seasonal Fruit Parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango for $7. Seasonal Fruit Parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango This dish first debuted in early 2024 at the non-Festival Refreshment Outpost, and it stuck around for the 2024 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival. This year, it’s one of the dishes you can buy for the Garden Graze food crawl. Pretty We were pleasantly surprised at this parfait. The mango DOLE Whip gives an intense, concentrated mango flavor that complements the Tajin, making for a really pleasant and balanced flavor. The fruit inside was just
there. They didn’t add much to the treat, but didn’t take anything away from it either. Drinks The Boyd & Blair Lavender Martini is back on the menu again this year for $12. Lavender Martini: Vodka with lavender and lemon This drink is made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with lavender and lemon, and has been around for a few years. New to the Refreshment Outpost this year are a few news beers and hard ciders. The beers are the Crooked Can Brewing Company Pollinators Paradise Lager and the Gulf Stream Brewing Humble Bumble. A new cider rounds out the drinks for 2025 — the Keel Farms Strawberry Hibiscus Hard Cider, all for $12 a pop. OVERALL We really liked everything about Refreshment Outpost this year. While our highest recommendation would be for those looking to avoid meat or animal products, honestly, we’d go as far as to say that even those who are usually carnivores should make it a point to stop by! 4. It’s finally time for the 2025 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival! 2025 booth We’re bringing you along as we check out the Primavera Kitchen booth — one of the Outdoor Kitchens (also known as Food Booths) at the park’s springtime celebration! Stop here while enjoying the Festival’s famous Disney topiaries, garden displays, and entertainment. Join us as we review Primavera Kitchen to see if it can bolster the reputation of Italy Pavilion festival booths! Menu Over at the Primavera Kitchen booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. And, all the food this year is NEW! 2025 Primavera Kitchen Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed the new Insalata Arlecchino — Grape tomato, seasonal melon, mozzarella ciliegine, and balsamic dressing for $7.50. To us, this was a very minimalist appetizer. It felt kind of rushed, like someone had just chopped up melon, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes, sprinkled it with balsamic, and called it a day. Our biggest complaint is that the melon overpowered everything, and the flavors did not really complement each other. This dish was just fine. Insalata Arlecchino Next, we grabbed the new Primavera Cacio Pepe e Gamberi made with Penne, shrimp, zucchini, peas, asparagus, and creamy cacio pepe sauce for $8.75. This is a pretty basic dish since it is essentially just cheese, pepper, and shrimp. This automatically got bonus points from us because the tails of the shrimp were already cut off. Our big problem with this dish is that there was not enough sauce; it was just sprinkled on top, which left us with unseasoned and bland al dente penne and baby shrimp. Again, not bad, just fine. Primavera Cacio Pepe e Gamberi For dessert, we got the Chocolate Dirt Cannoli, which is made with a Cannoli shell and cookies and cream cannoli cream filling, for $5.50. This cannoli is basically just a cookies-and-cream cannoli. We were a bit confused why this had to have the dirt and worms. We get that it is the Flower and Garden Festival, but they are taking a dish that is inherently Italian and dressing it up. It just felt like they were doing too much. Other than that, it was great! The shell was tasty, and the filling was sweet and not too rich. Chocolate Dirt Cannoli We washed it all down with
Drinks In terms of drinks at this booth, we have two new options this year. First up, you can get the Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita for $12.00.. It’s made with Tequila, triple sec, and blood orange liqueur. If you like citrus, you will most likely enjoy this margarita. If you don’t like tequila, the good news is that this drink is very citrusy, so you can’t really taste it. Italian-Inspired Blood Orange Margarita You might prefer the Caprese Cocktail because this one has cheese! With Basil-infused vodka, balsamic-tomato juice, and fresh mozzarella, we were intrigued by this option, so we bought it for $16.00. To us, this tasted like drinking warm tomato juice; there was a deeper flavor profile, and it did not remind us of a Bloody Mary. There is no ice served with this, so it felt very heavy. Caprese Cocktail Last year, we also sampled the Peroni Pilsner. This year it was selling for $6.50/$11.00. Peroni Nastro Azzurro Pilsner You’ll find some other beverage choices here as well. OVERALL While we did not think Italy was as bad as it usually is, the best way we can sum it up for this year’s Flower and Garden Festival is just fine. Nothing on the menu was too bad, but it also was not great. We will say that at least the dishes felt like they belonged in Italy, but if you don’t really care for Italian food, nothing was remarkable here, so you don’t need to go out of your way to try anything. That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! Click here to see FULL reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. BOOTH. at the Flower & Garden Festival! 5. If you love croissants, cheese, chocolate, and beignets, there is ONE place you need to visit during the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival Fleur de Lys We’re talking about Fleur de Lys booth — one of the Outdoor Kitchens (also known as Food Booths) at the park’s springtime celebration! There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, unique topiaries to check out, merchandise to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to the Fleur de Lys booth to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Eats First up, we grabbed one of our returning favorites, the Croissant au Fromage de ChĂšvre for $7.25. This is a returning favorite from 2022, 2023, and 2024 — and we’re happy to see it back! The Croissant au Fromage is made with Herbes et Ail RĂŽtie: Croissant with goat cheese, herbs, and roasted garlic. When we’ve had this snack in years past, we found that it had a lovely, crispy, buttery outside, with a soft inside filled with goat cheese that worked so well with the light herbs and garlic. Does it still wow us this year, too? Croissant au Fromage de ChĂšvre, Herbes et Ail RĂŽtie If cheese and bread are your true loves in life, this dish is for you. The croissant is stuffed full of goat cheese, to the point where the ratio of cheese to bread is a bit off. There is A LOT of cheese inside, so you will want to like goat cheese if you are planning on grabbing this dish. However, if you are okay with lots of goat cheese, the flavors in this dish are really wonderful! Croissant au Fromage de ChĂšvre Next up, we have a NEW dish — Gnocchis Provencal Aux Herbes for $8.95. The Gnocchis Provencal Aux Herbes is made with pulled duck confit in a rosemary sauce. Pulled duck confit is not a new concept for this booth. Last year, we had this with some garlicky mashed potatoes — and this year, the featured starch is gnocchi. And we’re excited to try it! Gnocchis Provencal Aux Herbes While this dish may not look the most appetizing, we were amazed by how much we enjoyed it. There is lots of gravy flavor with chunky mushrooms. We were getting Thanksgiving vibes from the hardy flavors in this dish. If you are looking for a savory, mushroom-filled dish, we highly recommend not judging this guy based on its looks! Gnocchis Provencal Aux Herbes, Canard Confit, Sauce Romarin Get your tastebuds ready for ANOTHER new dish — this one is chocolatey! We’re grabbing the GĂąteau au Chocolat chaud a la Noisette for $7.25. This treat is a warm chocolate-hazelnut cake. Is this a Nutella lover’s dream come true?! We can’t wait to taste it and find out! GĂąteau au Chocolat chaud a la Noisette If you love eating brownie batter, you will be impressed by this dish. It tastes like unbaked brownie batter. It has lots of rich chocolate flavor, but it may not be for everyone. If you can’t wait to lick the brownie batter from the bowl, you would like this one, but if you prefer a baked brownie, you may want to grab a different dessert. GĂąteau au Chocolat chaud a la Noisette And finally, we’re ending the mini-meal at this booth with one of our returning FAVORITES! Yep, we’re getting the Beignet CaramĂ©lisĂ© for $6.95. This is a caramelized beignet filled with vanilla cream and glazed with salted caramel. This has been on the menu for a little while, and when we had it back in 2022 we loved it. And (surprise, surprise) in 2023, we loved it, again! When it reappeared last year, we couldn’t praise it loud enough! So, is this year’s iteration a four-peat of claiming our hearts? Beignet CaramĂ©lisĂ©, FourrĂ© CrĂšme Vanille, GlacĂ© au Caramel Fleur de Sel We love the hard, caramelized top that cracks as you bite into the beignet. The beignet portion of the treat is essentially a cream filled donut. While this one doesn’t quite top the CrĂšme BrĂ»lĂ©e Croissant in Magic Kingdom, it is still pretty tasty! Drinks Is it even the Flower and Garden Festival in France without the returning La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush? This drink is made with Vodka, Grey Goose L’Orange Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and white and red cranberry juices, and is priced at $14.75. In the past, we’ve found this drink to be VERY yummy! If you’re a fan of the more regularly offered alcoholic slushies within the France pavilion, this is one we’ve felt like you’d typically enjoy. La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush Once again, this drink did not disappoint. It is light, refreshing, and has a good amount of rose flavor. However, if you aren’t a fan of floral drinks, this might be a skip for you! La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush Next up, we’re getting a familiar but new fruity cocktail. This year, France is serving up a Sparkling Cantaloupe-Melon Cocktail for $9.50. It is made with French cantaloupe and honeydew liqueur and sparkling wine. Last year, this booth served a slightly different experience with the Sparkling Raspberry Cocktail. But this year, they did a little fruity swapperoo, now mixing in some melon flavors! Sparkling Cantaloupe-Melon Cocktail We were really impressed with this drink! This drink has lots of great melon flavor and it was very strong. There was no guessing if there was alcohol in it or not, you could 100% tell it was in there. It makes sense as this drink was essentially entirely alcohol. It has the sweetness of a liqueur which can be a bit too sweet for some, but if you like liqueur sweetness, you will really like this drink. Sparkling Cantaloupe-Melon Cocktail You can also find Kronenbourg Blanc 1664 here for $6 for 6 oz. or $9.95 for 12 oz. As well, you can grab a glass of R. Dutoit Les Vieilles Collines Chardonnay for $7. OVERALL There really is a lot to love at Fleur de Lys! We enjoyed everything we tried with the standouts being the Croissant au Fromage de ChĂšvre, Gnocchis Provencal Aux Herbes, and the La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush. However, you really can’t go wrong with anything at this booth. The flavors are top-notch, and we left feeling very satisfied with our food and drinks. 6. WELCOME to a place we very much look forward to visiting each year – the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! 2025 Farmers Feast We’re talking about EPCOT Farmers Feast— one of the Outdoor Kitchens (also known as Food Booths) at the park’s springtime celebration! Make sure you stop here while you enjoy the Festival’s famous Disney topiaries, garden displays, and entertainment. Join us as we review Farmers Feast to see if it lives up to its reputation as a deserving fan-favorite booth once again this year! Menu Over at the EPCOT Farmers Feast, you’ll find a variety of available items. The menu This is a special booth that has time-released menu items! Yep, depending on when you visit, you can experience a whole new set of bites and nibbles! Since we’re here for the first day of the festival, we’ll be able to try the options from the Early Bloom Menu! ©Disney The first menu is called the Early Bloom Menu, and it will be available from March 5th through April 5th, and we’re digging in! Eats First up, we grabbed Scallop with spring pea risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice, lemon-beurre blanc, and Gremolata for $8. Scallop with spring pea risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice, lemon-beurre blanc, and Gremolata Though this is listed as a returning item, it is remarkably similar to an option from last year’s Springtime Menu at this booth. Last year, the scallop was served with tomato risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice and tomato beurre blanc. We’re excited to see if this year’s version measures up to last year’s. Yum! This year, while the risotto wasn’t anything to write home about, the scallops themselves were amazing. They were perfectly buttery and just fell apart in your mouth — exactly how we like it! Look at that perfect scallop! Next, let’s dig into one of the new items! Here’s a look at the Grilled Asparagus for $5.50. Grilled Asparagus with pancetta bacon, spring peas, frisĂ©e lettuce, truffle-sherry vinaigrette, and soft-poached egg This dish is served with pancetta bacon, spring peas, frisĂ©e lettuce, truffle-sherry vinaigrette, and soft-poached egg. We loved everything that came with this asparagus. While the asparagus wasn’t mind-blowing, all the elements around it brought the most flavor and let it be the star. Look at all the toppings! Finally, it’s time for a little something sweet. We’re trying out the new Blueberry Crumble Cake for $4.75. Blueberry Crumble Cake This dish is served with blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve and blueberry compote. Yet again, this new dish bears a remarkable familiarity to a dish from last year. Last year, we had the Blueberry Buckle with lemon crĂšme fraĂźche. Last year, we LOVED this, so this year’s iteration has some big shoes to fill. Does it measure up? The perfect texture Let’s just say it did! We loved this Blueberry Crumble but wish it was a little bit more tart. It’s very sweet but has that tart tang at the end. The soft serve carries most of the sweetness and is perfectly creamy. The whole dish had a fantastic texture from the crunchy and creamy and was overall a great dish. Drinks Raise a glass of Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail for $12. This cocktail features Islamorada Brewery & Stillery Hibiscus Gin. We had this drink at the festival back in 2021, again in 2023, and yet again last year, and we thought it was the epitome of the Flower & Garden Festival. It was light and refreshing with a strong floral flavor. Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail And also returning this year is the Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail for $12. Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail This cocktail is made with BĂ€renjĂ€ger Honey & Bourbon. Last year, it reminded us of a bourbon slushy in the BEST way! Finally, on the menu are the new beers. Gulf Stream Brewing Les RĂȘves de Monet Lager with lavender, B. Nektar Peach Tea Mead, Collective Arts Brewing Spring Pilsner. You get individual pours for $5.75 for 6-ounce pours or $9.75 for 12-ounce pours, or grab all three with the Beer Flight for $10.25 OVERALL We did not expect this booth to blow us away, but it did! We loved the scallops, and it will for sure be on our Best of the Fest list. The Blueberry Crumble had fantastic textures and made us wish we could buy the whole cake. We always love the drinks from the booth and, overall, will be stopping back by to try our favorites again. If you’re stopping by this booth, don’t forget to leave a review in the comments! 7. If you’re feeling disappointed because the Lotus House Outdoor Kitchen is NOT on the list of Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths for the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, don’t you worry
205 Lan Yuan Outdoor Kitchen The China Pavilion is indeed hosting one of this year’s Festival’s Outdoor Kitchens (complete with the fan-favorite Cheesy Crab Wontons). It just has a new name this year: welcome to the Lan Yuan Outdoor Kitchen! Let’s see what else has changed — and remained the same — at this booth as we bring you our complete review
just like we’re doing with every single Outdoor Kitchen at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival! Eats The House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons are fried wontons filled with cream cheese, celery, and imitation crab. The wontons are also drizzled with plum-chili sauce, and the serving costs $9.75. House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons We look forward to this Festival favorite dish each year. Plentiful cheese tucked into a crispy, golden wonton wrapper. What’s not to love? Admittedly, the emphasis is on the cheese over the imitation crab, so seafood lovers might lean towards other dishes at the Festival (like the Seafood Bake at Beach Grub, for instance). But strictly from a flavor perspective, these don’t disappoint. House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons The Satay Beef Bao Bun is a new arrival this year! It costs $7.75. Bao Bun This Bao Bun is filled with pan-fried beef, red onion, and jalapeño in a Chinese satay peanut sauce. Satay Beef Bao Bun Given that lineup of ingredients, it may initially be tempting to think that this bao bun would fail on the spicy side. However, we actually found it to be the opposite. The peanut sauce gave the whole bun a sweet taste, which we really enjoyed. The beef was tender, which paired well with the crispy onions, and the bun portion itself was nice and fluffy. Over all, we were fans. The returning Pan-fried Vegetable Dumplings are filled with bok choy, carrot, shiitake mushroom, ginger, garlic, and sesame. This dish comes in at $5.50. Pan-fried Vegetable Dumplings We have no issue with this savory snack from a taste perspective, as these dumplings are light and even refreshing with the tang from the sauce and flavor punch from the red onion; however, we do have a bit of an issue with the price for the small portion size. Two dumplings? That’s a little stingy, right? We have no doubt this will be a popular dish at the Festival, but for two little dumplings, we wish Disney gave us more. Drinks There are several drinks to enjoy with your dishes at Lan Yuan, and we’re starting with the non-alcoholic Mango Bubble Tea. Mango Bubble Tea It’s up for grabs for $7.75. The Mango Bubble Tea is quite sweet, and the tapioca boba adds a subtle variation in the texture. Overall, it’s simply a nice refresher on a warm and busy day taking in all of the sights and tastes of the Flower and Garden Festival. The returning Dragon Dynasty ($14.75) is one of three cocktails on the menu. Dragon Dynasty It’s made with Baijiu spirit, light rum, dragon fruit syrup, piña colada mix, and soda water. Cool name aside, last year we found this cocktail to be simply
fine. It’s your typical sweet sip without much strength from the alcohol (despite the presence of Baijiu), but there’s not much about it that stands out. Frankly, it’s overshadowed by the more memorable drinks on the menu. The Lucky Peach is served up in a new way this year: it’s now the FROZEN Lucky Peach ($14.25)! Frozen Lucky Peach The drink still features peach whiskey, peach schnapps, oolong tea, simple syrup, and lemon juice. We were pleasantly surprised by this drink. Its sweet peach flavor wasn’t overwhelmed by the alcohol ingredients, and it wasn’t overly sweet or syrupy. It was a perfectly crisp drink for a day at the festival. What makes up the Tropical Moon (available for $14.75)? Tropical Moon It’s vodka, triple sec, passion fruit syrup, sparkling water, and white boba pearls. We found the mixture incredibly refreshing, Neither overwhelmingly sweet nor tasting overwhelmingly of alcohol; it actually reminded us of a perfect beach drink. Beer drinkers may want to try the Brew Hub Honey Jasmine Lager, which costs $5.50 or $9.75. OVERALL We pretty much liked everything at Lan Yuan. The returning dishes held up, the new bao bun was quite tasty, and the signature drink options were crisp and refreshing. Would we recommend it as an absolute must-do? Maybe not, but it’s definitely a dependable and solid addition to the festival’s lineup. Lan Yuan Spread Thanks for joining us at the Lan Yuan Outdoor Kitchen! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from

  8. A little birdie told me that there’s something new at The Citrus Blossom this year
The Citrus Blossom inside the Odyssey Okay, make that a LITTLE ORANGE BIRD. You see, this beloved bird from the Sunshine Tree Terrace in Magic Kingdom has made a home for himself at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, too. And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — The Citrus Blossom — to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Menu There’s a mix of returning and NEW items at The Citrus Blossom! When it comes to food, both the Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp, Key Lime Wine Slush, Orange-Lemon Smoothie, and the Citrus Baked Brie are back this year. Citrus Blossom Menu But there are some new features on the menu, too — and TWO of them are plant-based! The new items include Lumpia with plant-based pork, a Lemon Tart, 3 Daughters Brewing Orange Blossom Hard Cider, BrewDog Yuzu Rice Lager, Copperpoint Brewing Co. Lemon Meringue Blonde Fruit Beer. You can also grab all three with the Beer Flight. Eats The Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp is glazed with an orange-chili sauce. It costs $7.50.This item made our Best of the Fest a few years in a row, so we were especially excited to try it again! Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp This is a tried and true festival favorite of ours. It’s so good that we get it on our own every single year outside of the festival workday. The batter is crunchy, really flavorful, and savory. The orange chili sauce is a great, almost sweet sauce that pairs really well with the crunchy shrimp. We think even picky eaters would like this — the shrimp wasn’t overcooked or rubbery and the flavors are mild. The Citrus Baked Brie is made with orange-lemon marmalade, limoncello-macerated blueberries, and spiced marcona almonds. It costs $5.50. The last time we had this dish, it was extremely rich and heavy, and felt like a heavy option to eat — especially if it happened to be a hot day! But how is it this year? Citrus-baked Brie How can you go wrong? We really enjoyed this! The orange lemon marmalade was really nice, though it does have a different sort of textural element — if you have a tough time with pulp, you might have a hard time with this. The brie on the inside is so nice and it’s just savory, paired really beautifully with the baked pastry on the outside. The pastry just crumbles in the best way. The orange lemonade marmalade and the blueberries add a really perfect sweetness that balances beautifully with how savory all of it is. Now, let’s try some new items! We snagged the Lumpia with plant-based pork. It’s also served with green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour. It costs $6. This item is part of the Garden Graze, the plant-based food stroll through the Flower and Garden Festival. Lumpia with plant-based pork, green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour We’re big fans of this one! This is a plant plant-based pork and we really liked it. It was good and crunchy, and we even forgot it was plant-based while we were eating the lumpia. The yuzu sweet and sour was really flavorful, but you can tell that there are chilis in there. There’s a bit of a kick, but nothing too crazy. Finally, we dug into the Lemon Tart. It comes with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, aquafaba meringues, and raspberry powder. It costs $5. This item is part of the Garden Graze, the plant-based food stroll through the Flower and Garden Festival. Lemon Tart The lemon tart had an amazing acidity — the lemon curd was so smooth and just really bright, beautiful color-wise as well as taste-wise. The blood orange gel in the center added a little bit of sweetness that helped cut through the tartness. The meringues had kind of melted by the time we got to eating them, but when they first came out, they looked like they would have been crunchy, so we think they’d be interesting texturally. Drinks In terms of drinks at this booth, we got the Orange-Lemon Smoothie. This drink is nonalcoholic and comes in an Orange Bird sipper cup for $15. Last year, we thought that this smoothie was literally like drinking an orange sherbet, and we loved it so much that it made our Best of the Fest list! So how does this year’s version measure up? Orange-Lemon Smoothie Served in a Souvenir Orange Bird Sipper We just love this little guy! The smoothie tastes like a creamsicle to us and we think it’s a really fun, kid-friendly drink. It’s definitely on the sweet side, though! You also don’t have to get it in a sipper if you don’t want it. A returning cocktail is the Key Lime Wine Slush for $12. “Key Lime,” you say? And “Wine” along with that? Yep, we’re in. We really loved this at first, the last time we had it. It was like drinking key lime pie in liquid form and we were in love. However, the more we drank it, the more we found that it was overly sweet and acidic. We couldn’t finish it. If you LIKE super sweet drinks, though, this could be a great option for you. How does it taste this year? Key Lime Wine Slushy This was super sweet and super tart. It was almost syrupy, so maybe the mix ratio was off, but it has that really nice bright key lime flavor. It is exactly what it says it is, and it’s really good. The more we drank, though, the more it made us pucker from the tartness. Finally, on the menu are the new beers. 3 Daughters Brewing Orange Blossom Hard Cider, BrewDog Yuzu Rice Lager, Copperpoint Brewing Co. Lemon Meringue Blonde Fruit Beer. You get individual pours for $5.75/6oz or $9.75/12oz or grab all three with the Beer Flight for $10.25. OVERALL We can’t say enough good things about this booth. The orange lemon smoothie is a hit for kids and adults alike, and we dream about that tempura shrimp all year long. We loved the plant-based lumpia and the baked brie and lemon tart are both delicious as well. The Citrus Blossom booth is a must-stop at this year’s festival! 10. DISCLAIMER! We are NOT responsible for any of the actions you may take after reading this post, which may include but are not limited to, suddenly ordering delicious food at home, booking a trip immediately to EPCOT, or expanding that Disney World budget so you can eat even more food. Florida Fresh The 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially begun and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, unique topiaries to check out, merchandise to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — the Florida Fresh booth — to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Menu Over at Florida Fresh, you’ll find a variety of available items, some new and some familiar. Florida Fresh Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! ©Disney Eats First up, we grabbed the new item on the menu, the Conch Fritters for $6.50. The Conch Fritters are served with key lime aĂŻoli. Conch Fritters with key lime aĂŻoli The fritters were golden on the outside and tender on the inside — just the way you want them! We tasted lots of pepper and garlic notes. The fritters are tasty, but the key lime aĂŻoli is the star of the show! We would describe it as a sour cream dip with a key lime twist. It is tart and the perfect accompaniment. Conch Fritters with key lime aĂŻoli Ready for something sweet? Let’s dig into the Florida Strawberry Shortcake for $5. This is a vanilla pound cake, macerated strawberries, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream. Last year, this booth had a similar option, but it was plant-based. This year’s version is not indicated to be vegan, but we’re still hopeful that it’s tasty – let’s find out! Florida Strawberry Shortcake The pound cake was wonderfully buttery! The whipped cream was definitely not store-bought, and we loved how fresh it tasted. Getting a bit of whipped cream, cake, and strawberries in each bite led to perfection. We will definitely be back for some more strawberry shortcake at Florida Fresh! Pro tip — the strawberries dipped in the key lime aĂŻoli was amazingly yummy! A dipping sauce of many talents! Florida Strawberry Shortcake Returning this year is an item that we really enjoyed last year! Mojo-marinated pork belly, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and stone-ground mustard sauce are all coming together for the Cubanito! Grab it for $6.75. Cubanito Last year, the bread was toasted well and even had a bit of crunch to it. The sandwich was full of meat, and we loved the tang from the pickle and mustard. Drinks Raise a glass of Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy for $5. When we had this drink last year, we found it a bit basic. We did like that the watermelon did not taste artificial. We could also taste the cucumber, which brightens up the drink and makes it fresh. You can also add some gin to transform this into a cocktail for $13. Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy Finally, on the menu are the new beers. Brewery Ommegang Melon Falls Watermelon Kolsch, Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Starlight Papaya Pilsner, and Southern Tier Brewing Co. Strawberry Shortcake Imperial Ale. You get individual pours for $5.75 or grab all three with the Beer Flight for $10.25. OVERALL This booth brought its A game with the new dishes — Conch Fritters and Florida Strawberry Shortcake. We really enjoyed both of these dishes. The key lime aĂŻoli elevated the conch fritters to the next level, and we couldn’t help but fall in love with the flavors and freshness of the strawberry shortcake. We also enjoy the Cubanito and the Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy, but the Conch Fritters and Shortcake were the stars of this booth! 12. Have you heard the news? The BUZZ-worthy booth at the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is serving up some new and returning items, and you’ll want to stop by! 2025 booth Of course, we’re talking about The Honey Bee-Stro sponsored by The National Honey Board! This booth has become a staple at the festival, and its menu features dishes and drinks made with Winne the Pooh’s favorite ingredient — HONEY! Let’s take a look! Menu Over at The Honey Bee-Stro, you’ll find a solid lineup of returning items! We’re talkin’ some chicken and waffles, some zippy cauliflower, and a fruity collection of beverages! 2025 The Honey Bee-stro Menu Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats Our first dish is the Honey-glazed Cauliflower for $5. This is made with honey-roasted carrot purĂ©e, wild rice pilaf, spring vegetables, honey-blistered grapes, and sunflower brittle. This might pass as a vegetarian dish, but with the addition of honey, that means it isn’t truly “plant-based”! Last year, this dish was colorful, Instagrammable, and tasty! So, how is it this year? We’re happy to report that it STILL slaps this year. There are just so many wonderful flavors with this dish, both sweet and savory. It’s also nice and light, so you don’t feel weighed down after you eat it. Honey-glazed Cauliflower Returning this year is the Chicken and Waffles, featuring crispy chicken and a honey-sweet cornbread waffle topped with whipped honey butter and spicy honey. Last year, we enjoyed this dish, and the cornbread waffle reminded us of a hushpuppy. It is priced at $7. Chicken and Waffles Now, let’s wet our whistles! Drinks There are three returning beverages to try this year, so let’s check them out! First up, we got Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze with streusel. You can get this as a non-alcoholic smoothie for $5 or add Blueberry Vodka for $13. When we had this before, we found it fluffy, foamy, and creamy. It’s so much fun, and we love the crumbles on top. We also think kids will like this. Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze with Streusel Also returning to the Bee-Stro this year is the Florida Orange Groves Winery Orange Blossom Honey Wine for $6.50. Florida Orange Groves Winery Orange Blossom Honey Wine OVERALL This is a booth we just love every year, especially for that Cauliflower. But all the options here are pretty solid, and this one should certainly be on your “must-visit” list for the festival. In particular, we think kids will really like the non-alcoholic drink option here. 2025 Spread That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from! 13. Is Disney trying to sneak in a BIG change right under our noses?! Disney’s Hollywood Studios We all know Disney LOVES to drop little hints in their concept art, and we spotted something that has us raising some serious eyebrows. With Muppets Courtyard making way for the brand-new Monsters, Inc. Land in Hollywood Studios, we’ve been curious about what’s going to happen to the old Muppet*Vision 3D theater. And now, a tiny little detail in Disney’s concept art has us thinking that we’ve got a hint as to what show could be taking it over! We already knew that Hollywood Studios was getting a massive transformation. Between the new Little Mermaid show, the upcoming Villains show, and the Muppets-themed Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster retheme, there’s a LOT to look forward to. But when Disney announced that Monsters, Inc. Land would include a “whole new theater show,” we immediately started speculating about what that could mean. ©Disney At first, we figured the new show could be an entirely original concept. Maybe a brand-new Monsters, Inc. story told through a high-tech, immersive experience? But then we took a closer look at that concept art, and guess what we found? Tucked away near what used to be Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano, there’s a sign that looks VERY familiar. If you squint just right, you’ll see what appears to be a Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor sign hiding in plain sight! ©Disney For those who don’t know, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor is an interactive comedy show currently over in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom. It’s been entertaining guests for years with its unique format, featuring animated monsters cracking jokes in real time (thanks to some very cool technology and live performers). Hi, Buddy! So, could Disney be planning to close the Magic Kingdom version and move the show over to Hollywood Studios, giving it a fresh home in Monsters, Inc. Land? If so, we’re curious to see whether the show remains the same or if Disney gives it an upgrade with new tech, fresh jokes, and an updated storyline. Laugh Floor And while we’re on the topic of theater transformations, we can’t help but hope that the old Muppet*Vision 3D space keeps a little nod to its history. Think about how Disneyland’s Winnie the Pooh ride left behind the old Country Bear Jamboree heads as a hidden Easter egg. Disneyland’s The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh Could Disney do something similar here? Maybe a little Gonzo or Kermit cameo somewhere in the queue or theater decor? ©Disney Of course, Disney hasn’t confirmed anything yet, and they love to keep us guessing. This could be a clever little Easter egg meant to tease us, or it could be a full-blown announcement hidden in plain sight. Either way, we’re officially on high alert for more news about this mysterious new theater show. In the meantime, stay tuned to DFB for all the latest from Disney. 14. Spring has officially sprung at EPCOT with the arrival of the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! 2025 Bauernmarkt Farmer’s Market Right up there among the event’s highlights of checking out the Festival’s gorgeous Disney-themed topiaries and Global Gardens and taking in a Garden Rocks Concert is eating and drinking your way around the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths! And right now, we’re hitting up one of our returning favorites — the Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market Outdoor Kitchen in the Germany Pavilion — to bring you our complete review. Menu What Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market lacks in new items (that is to say, there are none this year), it MORE than makes up with an abundance of returning favorites! The Booth’s Potato Pancakes (with either house-made applesauce or ham and onion), the Toasted Pretzel Bread, and Warm Cheese Strudel have become practically synonymous with the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival. 2025 Bauernmarkt Menu Beverages include the Bitburger Premium Pils, Stiegl Brewery Raspberry Radler, and Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier — each of which can be purchased individually or tried as part of the Beer Flight. The popular Apfelschaumwein is back, too! And with that we say, “Prost!” Let’s dig in! Eats There are two versions of the Potato Pancakes from which you can choose: the plant-based version with house-made applesauce and the version with ham and onion. First up, we’re trying the Potato Pancakes with house-made applesauce. Potato Pancakes with House-made Applesauce This plant-based dish costs $5.25 and is an option for guests participating in the Garden Graze food crawl. When we first saw this, our first thought was, “Why on Earth is there applesauce on potatoes?” But then we tried it, and we totally understood! The sweetness of the applesauce really complements the buttery savoriness of the potato pancakes, which are essentially smashed hashbrowns. It is a really interesting combination, but one we would totally recommend! Your other option? Potato Pancakes with ham and onion! Potato Pancake with ham and onions The ham-and-onion version costs $5.50, and is further topped with an herbed sour cream. In previous years, we’ve really enjoyed this option, finding that the salt from the ham is so nicely balanced with the sweetness from the caramelized onion, and the sour cream delivers another terrific boost to the flavor combo. Now, the reputation of the Toasted Pretzel Bread precedes itself; seriously, we look forward to its return EVERY YEAR! Why? Well, the Pretzel Bread itself is topped with black forest ham and oodles of melted cheese! Toasted Pretzel Bread Coming in at $6.00, this is typically a must-try item. But how does it it stack up this year? As expected, this rocked our world! It made our Best of the Fest list in 2024 and again this year! Everything complemented each other so well, especially the almost smokey flavor of the ham and the savory saltiness of the cheese. The bread has a hard pretzel exterior, but it is soft on the inside and oily in all the best places. We LOVE this! It’s always good to see the Warm Cheese Strudel with berry compote return to the Festival, as well. Warm Cheese Strudel with berry compote This lovely dessert costs $5.00. While the berry compote lends a bright and tart burst of flavor, it’s the sweet cheese tucked inside the light and flaky pastry that really elevate this dish. Warm Cheese Strudel with berry compote Last year, we did run into a small issue: our “Warm” Strudel was
well, it wasn’t served warm. But when it is, it’s a scrumptious dish! Oh, one final note: each food item is Disney Dining Plan snack credit eligible here at Bauernmarkt. Now, how about something to wash it all down? Drinks I can’t imagine much of anything that goes better with cheese-topped pretzel bread than Apfelschaumwein. Apfelschaumwein: Sparkling Wine and Apple Liqueur This returning Festival cocktail combines Apple Sparkling Wine and Apple Liqueur, and costs $10.50. Apfelschaumwein Yep, it’s basically apple juice for big kids , with lots of that sweet and classic apple flavor — as you’d anticipate — shining though. Just, you know
with a kick! All three beers are returning to Bauernmarkt this year, too: Bitburger Premium Pils, Stiegl Brewery Raspberry Radler, and the Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. Bauernmarkt Beer Flight These are each priced at $5.75 for a 6 ounce pour, or $9.75 for a 12 ounce pour. Of course, you can always partake of all three in the Beer Flight for $10.25! Bauernmarkt Beer Flight While there’s not much that stands out with the Pils and Weissbier, we find that the Radler is the most unique of the three, following along the lines of a cider: fruity and sweet. OVERALL We are happy that once again, the Toasted Pretzel Bread was just as good as it was the year before! We love this item, and it is the reason why we will be heading to Germany over and over again during the duration of the Flower and Garden Festival! Thanks for joining us at Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from

  16. Disney’s 2024 blockbuster Mufasa: The Lion King is coming to Disney+ THIS MARCH. ©Disney Dana Walden, the co-chairman of Disney Entertainment, confirmed the timeline at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference on March 4th. While no date was specified other than “late March,” March 20th will mark a full three months since the film was raised in theaters, which could be the end of a contractual theatrical window. That’s somewhat quicker than usual. For example, Moana 2 will make its Disney+ debut four months after its theatrical release. Mufasa: The Lion King acts as a prequel (with a sequel-framing device) to 2019’s initial Lion King film. To date, the film has earned more than $700 million at the box office. While that total puts it in the Top seven for the year’s worldwide box office, it’s lower than the original, which earned over one billion in 2019 dollars. ©Disney The official synopsis for the Barry Jenkins-directed film reads as follows: “Exploring the unlikely rise of the beloved king of the Pride Lands, Mufasa: The Lion King enlists Rafiki to relay the legend of Mufasa to young lion cub Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa lending their signature schtick. Told in flashbacks, the story introduces Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets a sympathetic lion named Taka—the heir to a royal bloodline. The chance meeting sets in motion an expansive journey of an extraordinary group of misfits searching for their destiny—their bonds will be tested as they work together to evade a threatening and deadly foe.” The film stars Aaron Pierre, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner, Tiffany Boone, Donald Glover, Mads Mikkelsen, Thandiwe Newton, Blue Ivy Carter and BeyoncĂ© Knowles-Carter, with new songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda. ©Disney You can watch a trailer for the movie below! Mufasa: The Lion King is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in late March, three months after the film’s theatrical debut. We’ll be sure to let you know when we get an exact date. 17. Sure, you may have heard of Disney’s Yacht Club, but have you heard of Yacht Grub? No? Then, allow us to introduce you to this BRAND-NEW food booth at the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival
Welcome to the Yacht Grub Outdoor Kitchen, inspired by Disney’s own Yacht Club Resort! 2025 Yacht Grub Booth That’s right! Yacht Grub joins the lineup of the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths this year, along with its counterpart, Beach Grub! In fact, Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are literally just steps away from EPCOT’s International Gateway, so it’s fitting that they’re honored here at the Flower and Garden Festival this year. Let’s check out this new Booth so we can bring you our complete review
just like we’re doing with every single Outdoor Kitchen at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival! Menu Like the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, each of these new Outdoor Kitchens has its own vibe. Disney invites you to “sail on over” to Yacht Grub, “for dips, chips, charcuterie, artisanal cheeses and sparkling cocktails.” These all-new items include a Trio of Dips and Chips, a Meat Assorti, and Assorted Artisanal Cheeses and Accompaniments. 2025 Menu Three new “Sparkling Cocktails” have made it to the menu! You can try the Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail, the Lemon Sparkling Cocktail, or the Orange Sparkling Cocktail. And the Sparkling Cocktail Flight allows you to sip all three! Drop your anchor and get ready for a lovely Yacht Grub feast! Eats First up is the new Trio of Dips and Chips for $6.50. The trio consists of caramelized onion dip, whipped feta dip, and pimento cheese. The dips are served with house-made potato chips and caviar (!!!). Yes, CAVIAR! We’re loving how INTERESTING this is because it’s very elevated, even for a festival. First, you get a nice portion size, which always a bonus. The chips are crispy and tasty. Trio of Dips and Chips But these dips
they blew us out of the water. The pimento cheese dip was good (and note it’s on the milder side). We also appreciated the little pickle on top. The caramelized onion dip was FANTASTIC. It was creamy with big strings of onion in it that added a nice texture, and that onion flavor was ON. Let’s talk about the caviar on top, though — it feels kinda gimmicky, and it didn’t change the flavor profile of the dip, but it did make us feel nice and fancy. The whipped feta dip was also wonderful, with that nice sourness of feta and that creamy texture. It also had a bit of a kick. The little slivers of pear on it also added some nice flavor. These dips The new Meat Assorti comes in at $6.75. The dish features beef bresaola, prosciutto ham, and salami plated with baby arugula, pickled mustard seeds, tomato jam, truffle oil, and grilled ciabatta. This is another interesting plate at this festival. The meats are high-quality, like charcuterie meats. This platter is also really hearty, although we’ll admit that we’re not sure it’s something we would opt for during a festival. Meat Assorti Finally, you can sample the Assorted Artisanal Cheeses and Accompaniments for $6.50. We felt sorta similar about this plate. You get four different cheeses, as well as pickled vegetables like banana peppers and pickles. There was also honey and tomato jam. We’re still not 100% sure what these cheeses are because we were told one was Brie, but it tasted like goat cheese. We were also told two were cheddars and that one is a Gouda. Assorted Artisanal Cheeses and Accompaniments Now, these cheeses were pretty tasty, but they didn’t blow us away or anything like that. This is basically the kind of cheese board we’d put together at home. You do get a significant portion of cheese for the price. Drinks What sounds better than a Sparkling Cocktail on a fine Spring day? Your options are the Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail ($7.50), the Lemon Sparkling Cocktail ($7.50), and the Orange Sparkling Cocktail ($7.50). The Sparkling Cocktail Flight gives you the chance to enjoy all three for $14.50. Sparkling Cocktail Flight The Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail is made with sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur. This cocktail is nice, light, and floral. It definitely tastes like spring. Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail The Lemon Sparkling Cocktail provides a twist of tis own with sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and limoncello liqueur. It’s not too sour or too sweet and had a nice balance of flavors. It also had a nice aromatic lemon note to it. Lemon sparkling cocktail And the Orange Sparkling Cocktail is comprised of sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur. This was our favorite of the three. It’s not too sweet, and has a nice orange flavor. The flight as a whole is a lot of fun and we think these drinks are similar enough that you’ll like them all. Orange Sparkling Cocktail OVERALL Although we wouldn’t say this is one of the best food booths at the festival, we know we’ll be back for the Chip and Dips because those ROCKED. The cocktails are also a nice addition and super refreshing, especially if you’re visiting EPCOT on a cold day. Full Spread at Yacht Grub Thanks for joining us at Yacht Grub! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from

  18. Disney World is supposed to be the Most Magical Place on Earth, but let’s be real – there are some things that can be straight-up terrifying. Magic Kingdom Crowds With that in mind, we wanted to find out from you what your takes were on the situation. Well, we asked and you delivered! We reached out to our followers on Facebook to ask: “What’s something weird that TERRIFIES you about Disney World?” We had quite a few people leave their opinions in the comments! What do you think? Now, let’s dive into some of your top responses! The Never-Ending Nightmare of ‘It’s a Small World’ First up, we’ve got Christy who shared, “Being stuck on It’s a Small World with the song playing.” Honestly? This is the stuff of theme park horror stories. “it’s a small world” Imagine being trapped in that boat, the dolls staring into your soul, and the song looping over and over. That tune is catchy, sure – but after the tenth time, it might just drive you to madness. The Financial Horror of MagicBand Tapping Marvin revealed his fear: “Blindly attaching a credit card to 4 MagicBands and everyone tap, tap, taping away.” MagicBand And yes, this is a very valid fear. If you’ve ever attached your credit card to multiple MagicBands, you know the sinking feeling of checking your bank statement after a trip. Those $6 bottles of water? Those Mickey-shaped snacks? That one souvenir you forgot you bought. It adds up. Fast. Figment: Love Him or Fear Him? Jennifer gave us the most controversial take of all: “I will catch some heat since he is so loved – but he is creepy.” There he is! She’s talking about Figment, the little purple dragon from EPCOT’s Journey Into Imagination. Figment superfans will defend him to the end, but we get what you mean when you say there’s something about those huge eyes and mischievous grin. On top of that, the ride itself is a fever dream of scents and sounds. At the end of the day, love him or fear him, Figment is an EPCOT legend. The Skyliner Karen said, “Getting stuck on the Skyliner; that is why I avoid it!” Disney World’s Skyliner The Disney Skyliner is a fantastic way to get around – until it’s not. Being suspended mid-air, swaying slightly, with nothing but the Florida heat and your own thoughts? No thanks. Disney assures us the system is reliable, but every now and then, it stops. And if you have a fear of heights? Well, forget about it. Carousel of Progress Shawna shared, “Being in Carousel of Progress again with someone’s small child screaming the entire ride.” Carousel of Progress Now, we love this classic attraction, but let’s be honest – being stuck in a rotating theater while a child wails through every scene is a special kind of theme park torture. There’s no escape. You just have to sit there, suffering through the technological progress and the tantrum. The Scooter Stampede Dana has been through it: “Getting ran over by a scooter – they have mowed me down many times – and I am NOT a slow walker!” ECV rental in Disney World If you’ve been to Disney World, you know the fear of rogue scooters. You’re walking along, minding your business, and suddenly – BAM. A scooter zooms past, inches from your ankles. Some guests are careful drivers, but others? Absolute speed demons. The Loss of a Hidden Gem Next, we’ve got Angela V. who confessed, “That more and more people are discovering Rafiki’s Planet Watch and the Animation Experience. It used to be our quiet little slice of heaven
” Rafiki’s Planet Watch There’s something bittersweet about watching your favorite hidden gem get discovered. Rafiki’s Planet Watch has long been a peaceful retreat, but as more people catch on, it’s getting harder to find that solitude. The Heat Trap Angela S. said, “Being stuck on a ride that is outdoors, under full sun, in the middle of the summer, for hours.” Slinky Dog Dash Florida heat is no joke. Getting stuck in it? A total nightmare. We’ve seen it happen on Test Track, Big Thunder Mountain, and even Slinky Dog Dash. There’s nothing quite like baking in the sun with no escape while Disney Cast Members scramble to fix the issue. Hydration and sunscreen can only do so much! DeVine DFB reader Penelope shared, “DeVine. It weirds me out when it comes out of nowhere and creeps along.” DeVine in Animal Kingdom If you don’t know who DeVine is, she’s the camouflaged stilt performer who blends seamlessly into the greenery at Animal Kingdom. She moves slowly, almost unnaturally, and if you don’t see her at first? Well, she sees you. And that moment when she suddenly moves can send chills down your spine. The Fear of Missing Out Lastly, we’ve got Pat who summed it all up perfectly: “Not being able to go as often as I would like.” And honestly, that’s got to be the scariest one of all. Disney World is a magical place, and the fear of missing out on all the fun is very real. Magic Kingdom Those were just some of your thoughts on the weird things that terrify you about Disney World, and now we want to hear even more from you! Until then, keep it right here for all the latest Disney news! Also, follow us on Facebook to join in on the next discussion. 19. Who doesn’t love Brunch?! Come to think of it
who doesn’t love EPCOT? 2024 BRUNCHCOT Outdoor Kitchen The 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially begun and it has a LOT to offer. We’re discovering once again what happens when BRUNCH meets EPCOT at BRUNCHCOT. Located just steps away from Test Track in World Discovery, BRUNCHCOT is one of the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchens (also known as Food Booths). And we’re bringing you our review right here as we check out EVERY SINGLE BOOTH at this year’s Festival! Menu Over at the Brunchcot, you’ll find a variety of available items. The lovely Avocado Toast is back, along with the Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites, as well as the Biscuit and Gravy (featuring ingredients by IMPOSSIBLE). Brunchcot Menu The colorful Fruit Cereal Shake returns once again! Of-age guests who are in search of a little sweet sip can enjoy a Peach Bellini, or if you’re looking for something coffee-inspired, you can try the 3 Daughters Brewing Coffee Blonde Ale, which is new this year. ©Disney So, does BRUNCHCOT impress this year? Let’s find out
Eats The always Insta-worthy Avocado Toast is $6.25 and is topped with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles, all served up on toasted ciabatta. This dish is basically a Flower and Garden Festival CLASSIC at this point, and we keep coming back for more. It’s also a part of the Garden Graze, the plant-based food stroll through the Flower and Garden Festival. This plant-based dish is like a simple, classic avocado toast you can find at many breakfast restaurants, with all the salty, savory flavors we know and love. This made our Best of the Fest last year, and we’re excited to see if it brings those same beloved flavors! Avocado Toast The avocado toast was still yummy this year, and there were lots of other guests raving about this dish around us too! It is a great combination of fresh ingredients, all topped with plant-based cheese crumbles. It does have a note of avocado oil as well. While we think it could really benefit from a drizzle of balsamic, it is still tasty. Avocado Toast Returning this year as well is the Biscuit and Gravy dish for $6.75. Though this is a returning dish, there’s a bit of a twist to it this year. Last year, this dish was comprised of IMPOSSIBLE Chicken Fried Steak and IMPOSSIBLE Sausage Gravy. This dish features IMPOSSIBLE Sausage with pepper jelly. So, how does this year’s iteration measure up? Let’s find out! Biscuit and Gravy We were very impressed with the Biscuit and Gravy! It is a brown gravy that made us feel like we were almost eating a bacon gravy. The IMPOSSIBLE sausage and pepper jelly worked well together to make for a delicious dish! We wish there was a bit more gravy, though, as we ended up with a lot of biscuit in the end with no more gravy. The biscuit was a bit dense and dry without the gravy too. Biscuit and Gravy Returning from some previous festivals, we’re diving into we’ve got the Shrimp and Grits for $7.75. This classic southern dish is made with blackened shrimp and cheese grits with brown gravy and sweet corn salsa. The grits were nice and buttery, while the salsa was sweet with a little kick. Shrimp and Grits It doesn’t have a Creole heat to it, but you can definitely taste that the shrimp was blackened and there is a bit of low heat to it. The shrimp was plump, and the grits were fluffy. We were big fans! Shrimp and Grits Finally, a little brunchy dessert for those looking for a little something sweet. Let’s grab some Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites for $5.25. The Cinnamon Roll Bites come complete with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon (HELLO!). For the past few years, we’ve enjoyed this tasty treat as the perfect brunch-meets-dessert. But what about this year? Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites We are happy to report, that we are still lovin’ this dish! The combination of sweet drizzle with the sweet & salty bacon, and flaky dough is perfection. Yum! There is so much to love in this dish, and it still tastes wonderful this year. Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites Drinks Channel your inner child with the returning Fruit Cereal Shake for $5! This shake is made with vanilla soft-serve and fruit-flavored breakfast cereal. Fruit Cereal Shake This is a great one to grab for your own kiddo (it’s non-alcoholic, after all!), and be sure to steal a sip for yourself. It tastes just like slurping up the Froot Loops cereal milk, but if the milk was frozen into shake form. Fruit Cereal Shake Adults can pick up a traditional Peach Bellini for $11.50. You can never really go wrong with a Bellini, but it’s still worth mentioning that this drink is pretty basic and even a bit light on the peach, with an emphasis on sparkling wine. Obviously, there are more unique beverages you can pick up not just at BRUNCHOT, but all over the Festival. Peach Bellini If you’re more of a beer drinker, Brunchcot has a special option for you! New to the drink menu this year is the 3 Daughters Brewing Coffee Blonde Ale for $5.75 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz. This beer is deep golden in color with a big coffee aroma. It’s noted to taste like a refreshing cold coffee flavor with moderate carbonation and a dry finish. OVERALL There is a lot to love at Brunchcot! Some of our favorites include the Avocado Toast and Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites, but we enjoyed everything we tried here. We were also super impressed with the Biscuit and Gravy and highly recommend this for a fantastic plant-based option. And kiddos will likely love the Fruit Cereal Shake you can grab here! 21. We always look forward to stopping by the Refreshment Port during the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. 2025 Refreshment Port Why? Because it’s always home to one of our very favorite things: POUTINE! But not just any Poutine
(although you can enjoy Traditional Poutine here all year long). During EPCOT’s seasonal Festivals, Refreshment Port also serves up a specialty Poutine just for the current event! And this year is no different, with the Provence Poutine making its debut. We hope you’ll join us for our complete review. (In fact, you can find a review for every single Outdoor Kitchen at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival right here!) And what does one sip with Provence Poutine? Let’s take a look
Drinks At Refreshment Port, there is a little something for everyone (well, everyone aged 21 and over, that is). A cocktail, a hard cider, and a wine are available to order. The Frozen Mojito with Boyd & Blair Rum is back for its third year running, and we’re gladit’s back! It costs $13. Frozen Mojito with Boyd & Blair Rum In previous years, we’ve found this frozen refresher to be bright, crisp, and delicious, with just a hint of a tart taste. If you’d like to try a fruity cider, the new Country Boy Brewing Raspberry Lemon Hard Cider ($12) is up for grabs, while the Villa Maria EarthGarden Sauvignon Blanc ($6.50) is available for wine drinkers. OVERALL We were really impressed by this brand-new Poutine offering! Not only does it taste good, but it is also beautiful with the fresh lavender — very on-brand for Flower and Garden! Picky eaters may have an issue with the different seasonings, but overall, this dish is nothing too crazy, yet it is still delicious! We will be returning to get the Provence Poutine, as it made our Best of the Fest list! Thanks for joining us once again this year at the Refreshment Port! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from

  22. We don’t know about you, but getting a good deal on our Disney World hotel room is almost the best part of our whole trip
almost. Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort We’ve done TONS of research and tried every hack in the book to find the most savings when staying at Disney World hotels since they can be pricey. By now, we thought we’d tried them all, but we found one that can score you a Disney World hotel for under $100 a night. And the trick is
not booking directly with Disney World. Let’s talk about Priceline, an online travel agency that helps people find discounted flights, hotels, and car rentals — including hotels at Disney World. Priceline actually has two ways to book Disney World hotels — you can just pick your dates, look for the hotel, and book it. Those rooms may be discounted, but you prob won’t find any major savings compared to what Disney may be offering. Art of Animation But, they also have hidden deals known as Express Deals, where the hotel isn’t revealed until you pay. And, if you know what you’re doing and have decent detective skills, you can sometimes figure out which Disney World hotels are being offered with these deals. IMPORTANT NOTE INCOMING!!! These rooms are nonrefundable and you can’t change the dates. You’re locked in. So, doing this is definitely a risk because even if you think it’s a Disney World hotel, it could be Wyndham Bonnet Creek or some other non-Disney hotel. You have to be willing to accept that you’re getting a good deal but you’re rolling the dice. If you’re cool with that, then we’ll tell you how it’s done! Pop Century Here are the steps to BOOK and LOCATE Rooms: In the “Where to?” section, enter “Orlando, FL” Select your dates and number of travelers Select “Find Your Hotel” FILTERS ARE YOUR FRIEND!!! Sort by: Lowest price Neighborhoods: Walt Disney World — Bonnet Creek, Walt Disney World — Disney Springs (this narrows your search so any non-Disney hotel in Disney World is filtered out) ©Priceline BUT, if you do your research and use your investigating skills, you can narrow down those hidden Express Deals to where you’re pretty positive you know what the hotel is, even if it’s hidden. For example, with every hidden deal, they tell you the number of stars, the ROUNDED number of ratings, and the guest rating. So, you can look at the non-hidden Disney hotels on Priceline and compare them to the hidden hotels! ©Priceline For example, we found a room for $194/night with 3.5 stars, 700 ratings, and 8+ average guest rating in the Bonnet Creek area. That narrows it down to potentially Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort OR Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort. But when you click on the deal, it lets you look at the room, and you can see it’s not a Disney hotel. ©Priceline If Priceline did NOT show you a preview of the room, the chances of it being Coronado are much much higher, since you can see there are no room previews for the Disney World hotels. ©Priceline Keep in mind that you have to really look at the details of those hidden deals because they reveal a lot more than you think. If the description lists a spa or fitness center, you know it’s not a Value or Moderate Disney World hotel room. Or if it lists “Guaranteed to be one of these hotel brands,” you know it’s not Disney, either. One of our team members used this hack and snagged an Express Deal at All-Star Movies for $99 per night. It’s listed on Priceline as a 3-star, 8+, with 400 Reviews in the Bonnet Creek Area! ©Priceline We also found a 4-star, 300 ratings, 8+ hotel in the Bonnet Creek area for $444 a night in March. This could (emphasis on the COULD) be the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve since a lot of the descriptions match up — but there’s no way to be certain until booking! ©Priceline And, if you want even more help planning your Disney World vacation, check out our friends over at Small World Vacations! 23. Disney Coach fans, listen up! Disney Springs We just found the next DREAM BAG for your collection, but it’s gonna cost you a serious chunk of change. Whether you’re fantasy shopping or looking for a new splurge-worthy accessory, you need to see this new bag. Meet the new Coach x Disney Mickey and Friends bag! It’s a golden yellow color and has Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto on it. The design is all over print and features a matching wallet and journal as part of the collection. We love this bag! This bag is $795, but Annual Passholders may be eligible for a 10% discount. At the Coach store at Disney Springs, you can also get free shipping. Coach at Disney Springs One neat thing about this bag is that you can change the straps! It comes with two rope handles, but also has two detachable longer straps inside and thicker crossbody straps hidden within the purse. The whole bag stays closed with a zipper, so you know all of your belongings are secure. They’re still sold out of the single-strap crossbody version, but we’re keeping our eyes peeled! So many strap options! We love the embroidered details on it. With all of the butterflies and flowers on it, it just screams EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival. The Fab Five on the front are in full color, but Pluto is the same color as the bag, so he has a neat embroidered outline. So, you could say that this bag is Pluto-colored!
