Disney’s Animal Kingdom Animal Kingdom’s park icon, the Tree of Life has been home to It’s Tough to Be a Bug! Along with the It’s Tough to Be A Bug closure, Disney also announced that DinoLand U.S.A. will be transformed into a Tropical Americas-themed land named Pueblo Esperanza, including three new attractions! These attractions include an Encanto-themed attraction, a carousel, and an Indiana Jones-themed attraction. So, when will this attraction close to park guests? It’s Tough to be a Bug! At the Destination D23 fan convention in 2023, it was announced that It’s Tough to be a Bug! themed after the Pixar film A Bug’s Life will be re-themed as Zootopia: Better Zoogether. It’s Tough to be a Bug! No exact closing date has been announced. But keep in mind that the announcement may be imminent as the new Zootopia show is confirmed to open in the winter of 2025.
