Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro took the stage to share what’s on the horizon for Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, and Epic Games. In case you missed it, here are some fun moments from the show: Brazilian Celebrity Larissa Manoela Opens the Show! In what was truly a celebration of Disney, actress and singer Larissa Manoela kicked off the show bringing Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse out for the crowd. A Special Performance in Celebration of Moana While diving into what guests can expect aboard the Disney Treasure — setting sail soon! — the crowd was treated to a special Moana performance in Portuguese. Welcome “Disney Starlight”! And speaking of Moana, when the brand-new nighttime parade, “Disney Starlight” arrives at Magic Kingdom next year, it will include a stunning float featuring the iconic heroine! The Brazilian fans were blown away from this first look at a new rendering of the float. Yo ho, me hearties! Raise a glass and a hearty shout at this spirited tavern that will extend the Pirates of the Caribbean story. Take a peek at another new space guests will find inside, and there are going to be some special surprises that Pirates fans will love. Excitement for Epic Games Collaboration We are heading toward exciting new territory — imagine a place where your favorite Disney characters and worlds converge into one connected universe, and you can watch, play and even create your own Disney stories. Check out this video shared exclusively with the audience in Brazil. A Finale to Remember To close out the show, Larissa returned once again to sing one of her favorite songs, “When You Wish Upon a Star.” She was joined on stage by favorite Disney characters, including a very special guest — Jose Carioca!
