So where will you spend New Year’s Eve? Many folks will flock directly to Disney Parks, including Disneyland, to enjoy special New Year’s Eve countdown and fireworks. Many, though, might not want to deal with all the crowds, but might still want to go to a party. Or maybe you can’t get a park pass reservation for New Year’s Eve. Whatever the case, you can still celebrate in Disneyland at a SECRET spot!

The Disneyland Hotel recently converted its lounge into the Broken Spell Lounge and given it a Sleeping Beauty upgrade. The new lounge features green carpeting (like you’re in the forest) with walls and chairs that depict trees. It’s a whole Aurora vibe! Well, the Broken Spell Lounge is inviting YOU to celebrate New Year’s Eve there.

That’s right. You can still ring in the New Year Disney style without having to go to the parks but still do it in a Disney-themed setting. The lounge will be open on New Year’s Eve and will have live music until 12:30AM with drinks flowing until 12:45AM. You don’t even need a reservation!

So if you don’t have plans for New Year’s Eve and still want to do something Disney-ish, this is a good chance to do that in a laid back setting. We’re sure there will be a countdown at midnight and everything. With fewer crowds than what you’ll find in the parks — and indoor seating. It’s a win-win!
