Taking place from January 8th through the 12th, next year’s installment will feature “thoughtful touches reminiscent of a classic Disney era,” each inspired by whimsical character favorites, musical entertainment, and more. Now, Disney has released a first look at the weekend’s exclusive merchandise. In mid-December 2024, the official Disney Parks X (formerly Twitter) account released a first look at some of the runDisney weekend’s exclusive merchandise. Your first look at 2025 @WaltDisneyWorld Marathon Weekend Merch pic.twitter.com/S0d3SkK0jd — Disney Parks (@DisneyParks) December 16, 2024 The specific items previewed include a baseball-style jersey and ball cap… ©Disney …a Loungefly backpack… ©Disney …“Finisher” tee shirts for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon… ©Disney …and, of course, an exclusive set of ears. ©Disney The weekend’s scheduled series of events includes the Pluto-themed 5K on January 9th, a Chip & Dale-themed 10K on January 10th, the Donald and Daisy-themed Disney World Half Marathon on the 11th, and, finally, the full Walt Disney World Marathon, themed to Mickey and Minnie, on January 12th. ©Disney Believe it or not, the 2025 Walt Disney World Half Marathon Weekend is less than a month away, and now Disney has released a first look at the weekend’s exclusive merchandise.
