Disney4me
We set sail on Disney’s newest cruise ship, and we have so much to share! Disney Treasure Cruise Ship Thanks to a media preview, we got to hop aboard the Disney Treasure and check out everything it has to offer. From entertainment to dining to staterooms, we had an absolute blast on the newest cruise ship. And now, we’re here to give you a FULL TOUR of some of the staterooms onboard. Inside Stateroom Starting with the simplest room category, we have the inside stateroom. These come without portholes or balconies and are the smallest of the rooms. The inside stateroom that we checked out was Aladdin themed! Inside Stateroom Close to the door, there’s a seating area with a pull-out couch. It comes with a small end table that can be easily moved around to accommodate your needs. You can section off this half of the room from the bedroom with a curtain. Couch area The artwork hanging above the couch here is a nod to Agrabah — a full map of the kingdom, as seen in the animated movie! Artwork In the bedroom area, there’s a queen bed with another stunning piece of Aladdin artwork hanging above it. The room’s TV is mounted on the wall in here, so you could watch from the bed or from the couch. Bed There’s a decent amount of storage underneath the bed, so you can slide your suitcases underneath once you unpack. Or, if you prefer, keep them packed and just slide them in and out each day. Underneath the bed Next to each side of the bed, you’ll find an individual lamp, as well as lighting controls for the room. They’ve also got some outlets for you to charge your devices. Outlets Of course, we can’t forget about the main storage in the room! There’s a fairly large wardrobe/closet setup, as well as some open shelves and drawers. The vanity comes with a big mirror and a stool, so you can sit here and get ready while the bathroom is occupied. Storage One of the drawers opens to reveal a mini fridge. There’s not a lot of storage in here, but it’s a good size for keeping beverages cold in your room. In the fridge Inside the wardrobe, you’ll find your room’s supply of life jackets, as well as your ironing board, clothes hangers, and the safe. It’s not a massive amount of storage, but it’s pretty decent for a cruise ship. Inside the wardrobe And of course, we’ve got to show you an up-close shot of that stunning Aladdin art above the bed! Jasmine and Aladdin are pictured flying over the city on the magic carpet — a fitting photo since they’re featured in the Disney Treasure atrium. More artwork But what about the most important part…the bathroom? Well, these inside staterooms come with bathrooms complete with sink, toilet, and a shower/tub combo. They’re stocked with towels and basic toiletries. Bathroom The mirror lights up around the edges, and the vanity even has space for storing your personal items (which is more than some cruise ships we’ve been on!). Vanity Disney-branded hand and bath soaps will be left available for your stateroom. Toiletries The bathrooms also come with lotion, hair dryers, and towels. If you need more items, you can call and request them. Storage And that’s a wrap on the inside stateroom! Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom So what about those who want to level up a little bit? Well, we’re taking you on a tour of the oceanview stateroom next! This room that we were able to visit was Pocahontas themed. In this setup, the bedroom area is near the door, with the seating area over by the porthole. Ocean View Room This seating area also comes with a pull-out couch, movable end table, and curtain divider. The vanity and bookshelf storage is separate from the closet and on this side of the room in the oceanview layout, though. Seating area Each of these rooms comes with a large porthole, which will provide you ocean views throughout your journey! You can cover the porthole with the blackout curtains during the evening or naptime. The view! And of course, there are plenty of Disney touches, like this artwork of Pocahontas’s tribe. Pocahontas artwork The bathrooms in these rooms are the same as those in the verandah staterooms. You get a toilet, shower/tub and vanity with light-up mirror. Bathroom Each bathroom comes stocked with basic soaps and towels. Gotta love that sea salt bath soap! Soap The shower has a removable showerhead, towel bars, and a clothes line for hanging up those wet swimsuits after a day at the pool. Shower/tub combo And for bath products, you’ll be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Totally not H2O products So there you have it — a full tour of the oceanview and inside staterooms on the Disney Treasure!
