EPCOT EPCOT has been undergoing a MASSIVE transformation over the past few years, with new attractions, lands, and experiences bringing fresh life into the park. But one of the most intriguing – and surprisingly under-discussed – additions is the brand-new Spaceship Earth Lounge. Set to open in late spring 2025, this sleek and stylish space is about to become one of the most unique spots in all of EPCOT. So why is this such a big deal? And why aren’t Disney adults freaking out about it? Let’s get into it. A Secret Spot Inside an Icon Spaceship Earth isn’t just an attraction – it’s the symbol of EPCOT. Since the park’s opening in 1982, this giant geodesic sphere has been the centerpiece of the entire park. Will it have signature drinks exclusive to this location? We don’t have the full menu yet, but knowing Disney, they’ll make sure this lounge offers something you can’t get anywhere else in the park. Why Isn’t Everyone Talking About This?! A brand-new lounge inside Spaceship Earth should be THE talk of the Disney community right now, but maybe it’s because EPCOT has seen so many updates lately that this one got lost in the shuffle. Or maybe people just don’t realize how rare it is for Disney to open up a previously off-limits space inside such an iconic attraction.
