Okay, it’s no secret that the Florida sun can be BRUTAL — it’s even brutal when it’s covered in clouds.

Sunny Florida is not great for your skin

Now, we’re always telling you how important it is to stay hydrated (and we always recommend keeping a water bottle with you while you’re in the parks). However, protecting your skin is equally important. That means you’ll have to make some decisions about sunscreen, but don’t worry — because we go to Disney World every day, we’ve got our tried and true sunscreen hacks to help you take better care of yourself while you’re on vacation.

So these are two sunscreen products that we swear by and we’ll tell you why.

Okay, hear us out — these sticks are SO convenient to throw in your bag because they make reapplying SO easy, especially when you’re on the go. You don’t have to go find a spot to spray yourself down or anything like that. They do feel a little sticky, but the convenience is worth it. This one is one of our faves.

Now if you need to protect your face, you’ll have to reapply several times during the day, too. If you don’t want to use a stick on your face, this face mist is JUST what you need. It’s also enriched with vitamin E so it moisturizes AND protects your skin.

Here are some tips:

  • Be sure to reapply your sunscreen as often as you need to.
  • You’ll also want to reapply if you go on any water rides (although many sunscreens are waterproof, you still need to reapply occasionally).
  • Be sure to protect every part of skin that will be exposed to the sun throughout the day.

Stay tuned to DFB for more.
