Disney’s Beach Club Resort is the inspiration for a brand-new food booth at the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival… Welcome to the Beach Grub Outdoor Kitchen!

2025 Beach Grub Booth

That’s right! Beach Grub joins the lineup of the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths this year, along with its counterpart: Yacht Grub! This is an especially fun and fitting addition since Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are literally just steps away from EPCOT’s International Gateway. So let’s check out this new Booth so we can bring you our complete review… just like we’re doing with every single Outdoor Kitchen at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival!

Menu

Like the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, each of these new Outdoor Kitchens has its own vibe. Here at Beach Grub, the focus is on dishes that Disney shares are “fit for a seaside feast.” These include two new food items, a Seafood Bake and a S’mores Bar, along with the returning Grilled Street Corn on the Cob.

Coconut Water is available to drink, with or without Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum (a new option at the Festival this year). Okay, pull out your favorite beach picnic blanket, and let’s dive in!

Eats

Let’s start with the new Seafood Bake, which is packed with shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, red potatoes, corn on the cob, persillade butter, and a white wine broth… Oh, and it comes with grilled sourdough, too! This dish, custom-made for seafood fans, costs $8.50.

Seafood Bake

The Seafood Bake with shrimp, mussels, clams, sausage, red potatoes, and corn on the cob was a HIT. The white wine sauce with the butter is so delicious and is surprisingly light considering how heavy butter can be. It was incredibly flavorful and herbaceous. The mussels, shrimp, and clams were surprisingly not overcooked, which we tend to find is the case at festivals. But we will say — don’t let it get cold because you won’t be able to open the mussel and clam shells. We also didn’t get any grilled sourdough, which may just be a first day of the festival problem!

The Grilled Street Corn on the Cob, which has moved around the Festival a bit, can be found here this year. (Though it’s had a few homes, it was available last year at EPCOT Farmers Feast.) It’s covered with a savory garlic spread and “cheese.” This plant-based dish costs $6, and is an eligible item for guests participating in the Garden Graze food crawl.

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob

The Grilled Street Corn on the Cob may be our favorite thing here. The savory garlic spread and the cheese are to die for. It was so just savory, heavy, and really messy, but in the best way. It was pretty difficult to eat, but that can sometimes be the case with corn on the cob in general. If we could have this in a bowl, not on the cob, we would get this 100 times over.

And for dessert? How about a S’mores Bar? This twist on the classic campfire snack is a fudge brownie with dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and smoked graham cracker, and is up for grabs for $5.50.

S’Mores Bar

Oh my goodness, this was not as dense as we thought it would be, which we really appreciated. It basically melted in our mouths when we tried it. The toasted meringue added the perfect flavor. It was just overall a really nice light dessert and is easily shareable. Ours was definitely too heavy for the stick, so we kept it on the plate and ate it with a fork.

Drinks

Drink options are pretty simple here, featuring Coconut Water with or without Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum. The non-alcoholic version is $4.00, and the Coconut Water with Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum is $11.50.

Coconut Water

The Coconut Water was fine — but ultimately, it was just coconut water. It was almost strange — you think you’re drinking water and then it’s sweet. We would not get it again, but it was refreshing and if you like coconut water, this is the booth for you!

OVERALL

WHEW! To say we’re impressed with Beach Grub would be an understatement. This was absolutely delicious — we cannot sing the praises of this booth enough! Beach Grub overall, we think, might be a contender for Best of the Fest. The seafood bake was fresh and delicious, the corn on the cob is one of our favorites, and the s’mores bar was so fun! Definitely stop by this booth if you’re looking for some coastal eats!

Thanks for joining us at Beach Grub! And remember, there’s a LOT more where this came from…
