Disney4me
WELCOME to a place we very much look forward to visiting each year – the 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! 2025 Farmers Feast We’re talking about EPCOT Farmers Feast— one of the Outdoor Kitchens (also known as Food Booths) at the park’s springtime celebration! Make sure you stop here while you enjoy the Festival’s famous Disney topiaries, garden displays, and entertainment. Join us as we review Farmers Feast to see if it lives up to its reputation as a deserving fan-favorite booth once again this year! Menu Over at the EPCOT Farmers Feast, you’ll find a variety of available items. The menu This is a special booth that has time-released menu items! Yep, depending on when you visit, you can experience a whole new set of bites and nibbles! Since we’re here for the first day of the festival, we’ll be able to try the options from the Early Bloom Menu! ©Disney The first menu is called the Early Bloom Menu, and it will be available from March 5th through April 5th, and we’re digging in! Eats First up, we grabbed Scallop with spring pea risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice, lemon-beurre blanc, and Gremolata for $8. Scallop with spring pea risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice, lemon-beurre blanc, and Gremolata Though this is listed as a returning item, it is remarkably similar to an option from last year’s Springtime Menu at this booth. Last year, the scallop was served with tomato risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice and tomato beurre blanc. We’re excited to see if this year’s version measures up to last year’s. Yum! This year, while the risotto wasn’t anything to write home about, the scallops themselves were amazing. They were perfectly buttery and just fell apart in your mouth — exactly how we like it! Look at that perfect scallop! Next, let’s dig into one of the new items! Here’s a look at the Grilled Asparagus for $5.50. Grilled Asparagus with pancetta bacon, spring peas, frisée lettuce, truffle-sherry vinaigrette, and soft-poached egg This dish is served with pancetta bacon, spring peas, frisée lettuce, truffle-sherry vinaigrette, and soft-poached egg. We loved everything that came with this asparagus. While the asparagus wasn’t mind-blowing, all the elements around it brought the most flavor and let it be the star. Look at all the toppings! Finally, it’s time for a little something sweet. We’re trying out the new Blueberry Crumble Cake for $4.75. Blueberry Crumble Cake This dish is served with blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve and blueberry compote. Yet again, this new dish bears a remarkable familiarity to a dish from last year. Last year, we had the Blueberry Buckle with lemon crème fraîche. Last year, we LOVED this, so this year’s iteration has some big shoes to fill. Does it measure up? The perfect texture Let’s just say it did! We loved this Blueberry Crumble but wish it was a little bit more tart. It’s very sweet but has that tart tang at the end. The soft serve carries most of the sweetness and is perfectly creamy. The whole dish had a fantastic texture from the crunchy and creamy and was overall a great dish. Drinks Raise a glass of Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail for $12. This cocktail features Islamorada Brewery & Stillery Hibiscus Gin. We had this drink at the festival back in 2021, again in 2023, and yet again last year, and we thought it was the epitome of the Flower & Garden Festival. It was light and refreshing with a strong floral flavor. Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail And also returning this year is the Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail for $12. Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail This cocktail is made with Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon. Last year, it reminded us of a bourbon slushy in the BEST way! Finally, on the menu are the new beers. Gulf Stream Brewing Les Rêves de Monet Lager with lavender, B. Nektar Peach Tea Mead, Collective Arts Brewing Spring Pilsner. You get individual pours for $5.75 for 6-ounce pours or $9.75 for 12-ounce pours, or grab all three with the Beer Flight for $10.25 OVERALL We did not expect this booth to blow us away, but it did! We loved the scallops, and it will for sure be on our Best of the Fest list. The Blueberry Crumble had fantastic textures and made us wish we could buy the whole cake. We always love the drinks from the booth and, overall, will be stopping back by to try our favorites again. If you’re stopping by this booth, don’t forget to leave a review in the comments!
