Disney4me
Who’s up for a culinary FIESTA??? 2025 Booth The 2025 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially begun and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, unique topiaries to check out, merchandise to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — the Jardin de Fiestas — to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out! Menu If there’s one thing to know about the Jardin de Fiestas Outdoor Kitchen, it’s that it rarely relies on the tried-and-true. This spot is packing a new full lineup of snacks and sips! The three food items — the Taco de Camarón, the “Giant” Tostada de Carne, and the Chocoflan — are ALL NEW! 2025 Jardin de Fiestas Menu We’ve also got two new drinks to check out, even though they’re still in keeping with a classic cocktail. This year’s takes on the typical margarita include the Oaxacan Sweetheart the Elderflower-Cucumber Margarita — both new! Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself! Eats First up, we grabbed Taco de Camarón made with crispy tempura-battered shrimp in a flour tortilla with dried hibiscus flowers and chipotle aïoli for $8. Taco de Camarón: Crispy tempura-battered shrimp in a flour tortilla with dried hibiscus flowers and chipotle aïoli These shrimp tacos hit in a million different ways. The chipotle aioli is really carrying the taco here — it’s SO good. This is definitely a contender for Best of the Fest for us. We would have preferred a corn tortilla, but the flour tortilla was still yummy. Next, let’s dive into the “Giant” Tostada de Carne made with Oaxacan tostada, barbacoa beef, guacamole, jícama, pumpkin seeds, and salsa macha for $11.50. Giant Tostada de Carne The giant tostada is covered in barbacoa beef-style meat, but to us, the meat kind of tastes more like a pot roast. We appreciated that it wasn’t overly wet, but the meat was still tender. This thing is seriously huge and the price is gonna reflect that. You might gawk at the price at first, but it really is just that big — and good! Wrapping up the snack portion of the menu, it’s time for a little something sweet. We grabbed the Chocoflan which is layered traditional Mexican flan and chocolate cake with toasted walnuts for $6.50. Chocoflan This was a surprise hit for us! This had all the caramel and the butteriness that you would expect of a traditional flan and it really surprised us because sometimes flan can have a grittier texture when done poorly. The chocolate cake underneath was very moist and rich with a great chocolate flavor, and everything here just went really well together. Drinks Phew, all that food is making us thirsty! Let’s try some of these new drinks! First up, we got the Oaxacan Sweetheart, which is made with Dos Hombres Reposado Mezcal, lemon juice, orange blossom honey, and a pollen salt rim for $14.75. Oaxacan Sweetheart This cocktail was just SO good. It was a nice smoky mezcal with a honey blend to it, but it wasn’t overly sweet. There is that smokiness with a hint of sweetness from the honey, and the pollen salt rim helped to cut down some of that sweetness. Now, let’s mix it up and try the Elderflower-Cucumber Margarita (that just sounds so refreshing, doesn’t it?). It is made with Dulce Vida Blanco Tequila, elderflower liqueur, and cucumber-lime juice for $14.25. Elderflower Cucumber Margarita This was a nice and floral cucumber margarita. If you’re not looking for something super heavy on the margarita side or spice, this is definitely gonna be your go-to at this booth. It also comes in a super pretty souvenir plastic cup that you can rinse out and take home! You can also grab a Mexcian Craft Beer here for $6.25/6oz or $11.50/12oz. OVERALL Once again, the Jardin de Fiestas booth didn’t leave us disappointed. The shrimp taco was excellent, the tostada was so flavorful, and it’s hard to go wrong with those drinks! Make sure you stop by the Mexico Pavilion during the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival to get your hands on these items from the Jardin de Fiestas booth! Jardin de Fiestas is up next!
