Disney4me
Picking and choosing what to try at the 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is a tough task — but we’ve got you covered! 2025 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival — Moana Entrance Topiary We tried every booth at this year’s festival, and, of course, we have our favorites! So sit back, relax, and check out our picks for the Best of the Fest at this year’s Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT! We’ll be going over our favorite eats and drinks, covering which items are new and which ones are returning. If you’re looking for our input and want to spend your money wisely, read ahead to see what we thought! New Bests Provence Poutine at Refreshment Port Lavender on French fries? What was Disney thinking? Well, whatever they were thinking, this was a stroke of genius that resulted in a lovely poutine, unlike any poutine we’ve had here before. Provence Poutine There’s this combination of flavors that just gets pulled together by the cheese and it just works. Grab it for $9. Read our full review of Refreshment Port Trio of Dips and Chips at Yacht Grub Speaking of unique, one of the dips with this dips and chips combo has CAVIAR on it. Yes, CAVIAR. Now we loved the chips themselves — they were house-made and crispy, like a good chip should be. Trio of Dips and Chips But the dips sold us on this. The pimento cheese dip is yummy, and the whipped feta dip is creamy and flavorful. But it’s that caramelized onion dip with the caviar that won us over with its strips of onion. YUM! Read our full review of Yacht Grub Florida Strawberry Shortcake at Florida Fresh Who knew something as simple as Strawberrry Shortcake could be so wonderful? This vanilla pound cake with macerated strawberries, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream is strawberry shortcake perfection. You’ve got a buttery pound cake, whipped cream that is NOT store-bought, and fresh strawberries. Florida Strawberry Shortcake This wowed us so much that we plan on returning for more later! Read our full review of Florida Fresh Strawberry Nigori Sake at Hanami This was a delicious drink, as well as an elevated addition to the festival. It’s so well-balanced, delicate, and refreshing. The flavors combine beautifully, and it was hard to put down (okay, we didn’t put it down — we drank IT ALL). Strawberry Nigori Sake We’re not the only ones who loved this drink, though — we overheard a LOT of folks talking about it. Read our full review of Hanami Taco de Camarón at Jardin de Fiestas The Taco de Camarón with crispy tempura-battered shrimp in a flour tortilla with dried hibiscus flowers and chipotle aïoli was also a big winner with us. Yes, Mexico has done it again. We think it’s because the chipotle aïoli just kinda ties everything together, but whatever this taco’s secret is, it’s working. Taco de Camarón: Crispy tempura-battered shrimp in a flour tortilla with dried hibiscus flowers and chipotle aïoli It’s so flavorful and it just HIT for us. It’s colorful, it photographs well, and most importantly, it’s delicious. This just combines all kinds of wonderful flavors, and we’ll keep coming back to this booth to get it again and again. Honey-glazed Cauliflower We also like that it’s a light dish, so it doesn’t make our stomach feel heavy (especially when we’re eating all these other festival foods). Read our full review of Honey Bee-Stro Toasted Pretzel Bread at Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market This is another old favorite that’s returned this year. What’s not to love about toasted pretzel bread topped with black forest ham and melted cheese? All the flavors just complement each other so well, plus the cheese is so OOEY and GOOEY — and you know we’re all about that cheese life. Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with black forest ham and melted cheese The bread also has that hard pretzel exterior, but inside, it’s soft and wonderful. Read our full review of Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market Frozen Dessert Violet Lemonade at Pineapple Promenade This is a returning drink, and it is still JUST as good as it’s been in the past. It’s got that perfect slushy texture with a nice sourness complemented by sweetness. If you love frozen lemonade, it’s a must-try. Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade We also love that the flowers are grown in The Land Pavilion in EPCOT — and they’re edible, so EAT the flowers, too. It’s all part of the experience of the drink. Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake at Swirled Showcase This is another returning dessert that we’re just NUTS about. It’s served with fresh honey, granulated honey, and honey mead-blueberry compote. It has all these different wonderful textures and flavors, and yes, it’s going to be a favorite year after year. Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with fresh honey, granulated honey, and honey mead-blueberry compote The liquid nitrogen just makes it that much more special. What can we say? We love it when science and food combine to create something delicious. Read our full review of Swirled Showcase Best Plant-Based Dishes of the Fest Jamaican Beef Patty at Refreshment Outpost The Jamaican Beef Patty featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with spicy papaya syrup is at the top of our best plant-based dish. First, this baby was STUFFED with a delicious filling. But we’ll warn you — it packs some heat! This isn’t just Disney spicy, but authentically spicy, so be warned. Jamaican Beef Patty featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with spicy papaya syrup However, that heat, with the seasonings and flavors, makes for one VERY tasty snack. Read our full review of Refreshment Outpost Farmhouse Meatball at Trowel & Trellis We were surprised by the Farmhouse Meatball at Trowel & Trellis, which is served with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, and creamy herb aïoli. That meatball just by itself would’ve made us happy, but the creamy herb aioli also took it up a notch. Farmhouse Meatball We weren’t in love with the lentil bread, but with all the other things going on with this dish, we didn’t mind one bit that the bread wasn’t a standout. Read our full review of Trowel & Trellis Best Booth of the FEST Beach Grub Beach Grub is a brand-new booth this year, and let’s just say it really wowed us. Enough to be our FAVORITE booth of the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival. Everything here is a win. The Seafood Bake is full of seafood that’s just cooked perfectly. The Grilled Street Corn on the Cob was our favorite thing at the booth. The S’Mores Bar was done so beautifully and somehow managed to be a light dessert, although the snack itself was too physically heavy for the stick it came on. Full Spread at Beach Grub This is one booth we hope returns year after year for future festivals. Well done, Disney! Read our full review of Beach Grub Best of the Fest for Kids We get it — kids may not totally agree with our adult tastebuds. With that in mind, we picked out some items kids are sure to love! Fruit Cereal Shake at BRUNCHCOT Of course, a kid is going to love a milkshake with one of their favorite cereals in it! This shake literally tastes like slurping up Fruit Loops cereal milk if it were converted into shake form. Fruit Cereal Shake The kids will love it, but you know what? We loved it, too. Read our full BRUNCHCOT review Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites at BRUNCHOT Yes, BRUNCHCOT is the booth you want to visit if you’ve got kids. Another kid-pleasing offering here are the Fried Cinnamon Rolls with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon. It’s sweet and salty and a real winner. Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites We’d call this one a people-pleaser, overall, too. But kids will love it. Read our full BRUNCHCOT review Honey Bee-stro’s Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze at Honey Bee-Stro Another kid-friendly drink is the Honey Peach Cobbler Freeze with streusel. It’s sweet and fruity, and the streusel on top adds a nice texture. Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze with Streusel This could be one of our favorite non-alcoholic drinks at the festival, too. Read our full review of Honey Bee-Stro And there you have it! We tried so many items this year, and we’d do it again in a heartbeat!
