Disney Springs

Dining in Disney World is a subculture that we consider to be a passion in our lives! One of the best places to grab a bite or two is Disney Springs, Disney’s shopping and dining district. From the live entertainment to the shopping and dining, there is almost always something to try out here, and recently we tested out a special event that we’re giving you all the details for right here!

If you haven’t been to Disney Springs you are seriously missing out! It often gets overlooked thanks to the draw of the theme parks but it’s a great way to go into the “Disney Bubble” without paying for a park ticket. Not only do they have tons of places to test out, but they also have fun events that rotate throughout the year! We recently tested out the Sip, Savor, and Stroll event which allows you to test three restaurants for one price.

Enzo’s Hideaway

For $85 per person, this event lets you try samples from Enzo’s Hideaway, Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, and The Edison! The event took place on March 13th, 2025, between 5 PM and 8 PM so let’s see what we tried! To start us off, we went to Enzo’s Hideaway where we started with the Hibiscus Sangria with Lakeridge cabernet sauvignon, Florida orange liqueur, hibiscus, apricot brandy, orange, and cinnamon.

The Hibiscus Sangria

The sangria was super light and refreshing! The strongest notes came from the orange & hibiscus with the cinnamon and apricot being a bit more subtle. It wasn’t super strong and it was smooth so we would get it again. For our bite, we had the Crudo di Tonno which was bluefin tuna crudo, panelle di ceci, citrus, parsley, pistachio, tangerine, and extra virgin olive oil.

Crudo di Tonno

This was delicious! The tuna was like butter, and the panels de cici had a really nice nuttiness that complemented the tuna really well. The pistachios added a really nice as well. The citrus flavors were a bit lacking though. After that, it was time for our second stop at Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante!

Maria & Enzo’s

For our sip, we enjoyed the Mango Basil Chiller with Bacardí rum, Chinola mango, basil-infused agave nectar, lime juice, and Tajín! Before we get into the taste, can we appreciate how beautiful it is? As far as taste goes, this one was strong! The rum flavor was the most intense and overshadowed the mango and basil a bit. The Tajin and mango combo is one made for the ages though so we still really enjoyed the drink.

Our savor bite was the Bruschetta alla Calabrese. It had grilled house focaccia, marinated shrimp, ’nduja, salsa verde, and petite basil. The shrimp was tossed in the salsa verde which made it light and refreshing although it was a tad bit overcooked. The focaccia bread was sturdy and tasty while the ‘nuduja packed some heat that we weren’t expecting. While the heat was surprising, it did pair really well with the shrimp! If you’re spice-averse, this might be a bit too much for you.

Finally, we stopped by The Edison for our last sips and savors. We sipped on the Cherry Cordial with Cazcabel Blanco tequila, crème de cacao, cherry, and cream. If you want it, they also have a dairy-free option available. This one left us confused and surprised in a good way!

Cherry Cordial

The tequila, cherry, and chocolate flavors blended together to create a creamy tart drink that was delightfully surprising. It was a bit stronger than the sangria but not as strong as the Mango Basil Chiller. We spoke with a Cast Member who said there was a last-minute addition of cherry liqueur and we are so glad they added it! Finally, we enjoyed the Black Forest Cake which was a dark chocolate cake, vanilla cream, kirsch-infused cherries, and shaved dark chocolate.

Black Forest Cake

The cake was a bit dense but not in a bad way! The chocolate was perfectly rich with a traditional vanilla cream to cut through the chocolate. The cherries and the sauce added a tartness that helped to make the dish a bit lighter although they weren’t kidding when they said the cherries were kirsch-infused. It almost felt like taking a shot of liquor each time we bit into it making them the booziest thing we had all night.

The spread!

We seriously enjoyed this event and it’s a great way to try bits of three stellar restaurants in Disney Springs. The event is a returning one so we’re hoping to see it back again in the future. Guests must be 21 or older to participate and purchase a ticket in advance. The event is limited so if you know you want to attend, buy your tickets as soon as you can in case it sells out!
