Disney4me Posted March 22 Report Share Posted March 22 Have you ever been to an exclusive Disney World event? Magic Kingdom at Night Well, guess what? Magic Kingdom After Hours are back! We thought we’d bring you along so you can get an idea of what this separately ticketed event has to offer. If you’re jumping at the chance to experience attractions with super low wait times, enjoy free snacks, and meet rare characters, then you’re seriously going to want to check out After Hours. All of those things are great, but undoubtedly one of THE best “perks” about events like this has to be the low crowd levels. Don’t believe me that there could be low crowds at Magic Kingdom? Well, let’s show you how busy Magic Kingdom is tonight! Disney World After Hours events are back at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios! These special ticketed events take place on select nights from January through July and allow guests to enter the parks at 7PM. Magic Kingdom After Hours At Magic Kingdom, the event officially kicks off at 10PM and ends at 1AM, which means that for four (blissful) hours, you and all the other After Hours guests will have the park all to yourselves. Ticket prices range from $175 to $185 plus tax, but Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can get discounted tickets. Aren’t you excited?! As far as crowds go, there were low crowds all over the place! We met Mickey Mouse with a SUPER short line. Mickey Meet and Greet One can’t go to a Magic Kingdom After Hours and not meet the boss himself! Hey Mickey! After that, we headed on over to Tomorrowland, and would you look at all those crowds. Not a soul here Over at Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin, there wasn’t any line to speak of. Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin There was absolutely no one at the PeopleMover. PeopleMover Space Mountain had one of the shortest wait times ever. Space Mountain No one to be found in front of the speedway. Tomorrowland Speedway If you love the teacups, this was your time to shine. Mad Tea Party Fantasyland was basically barren. Fantasyland You’d never see these wait times during the day. Peter Pan’s Flight Well, as they say, there’s always room for one more. Haunted Mansion There were no crowds to be seen in Liberty Square. Liberty Square There was basically no wait for Pirates. Pirates of the Caribbean And Frontierland as a whole was vacant. Frontierland There were so few people waiting on the Enchantment fireworks that they were sitting on the ground. Waiting for the Enchantment Fireworks Even Main Street was mighty empty. Main Street, U.S.A. So, if you are looking for a great way to avoid the crowds in Disney World, After Hours is likely your best option!
