Disney4me
There is SO much to explore at Universal’s brand-new theme park, Epic Universe. With five themed lands, there is no shortage of attractions, shops, and restaurants to discover. Epic Universe While Epic Universe doesn’t officially open until May 22nd, 2025, Team Members are currently previewing the new park, and we were also invited to experience it as media. Universal also recently announced previews for Annual Passholders, 2025 Military Freedom Pass Ticket Holders, Universal Rewards Signature VISA Card members, and guests staying at any Universal Orlando hotel! We have been impressed with everything we have seen so far, and we can’t wait to share even more tips and tricks as we experience more of Epic Universe. Of course, we will also be doing LOTS of food reviews, and we have a super special review coming at ya! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic We recently got to try BUTTERBEER CREPES! Yes, you read that right, and as you can probably guess, we are very excited. You can find these Butterbeer crepes at the Café L’air De La Sirène inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe. We have had our eye on these guys since Universal first announced menus, and now we are here to tell you all about them. Bièraubeurre Crepe The Butterbeer crepes, or officially the Bièraubeurre Crepe, costs $19.99. The dish features two stacked crepes filled with rich butterscotch sauce and topped with a swirl of whipped cream. It is finished with fresh strawberries and a shortbread cookie stamped with “Bièraubeurre.” Is your mouth watering yet? We know ours are. Bièraubeurre Crepe Let’s start from the top and make our way down. The whipped cream tastes exactly like the foam on top of Butterbeer drinks. Just the whipped cream alone was terrific. The strawberries added a wonderful touch of tartness to the dish. The cookie wasn’t our favorite as it was dry, and the edible ink flavor was a bit overpowering. Bièraubeurre Crepe The crepes themselves don’t have much flavor, but the butterscotch filling more than makes up for that. The filling is very sweet and full of butterscotch flavor. When you get a bite with the whipped cream, crepe, and butterscotch filling, it is very reminiscent of a glass of Butterbeer. Bièraubeurre Crepe The crepes are very sweet, so we definitely recommend sharing this dish. But Butterbeer fans are in for a real treat with this dish! We will probably be dreaming about these crepes for a while. Bièraubeurre Crepe While we were at Café L’air De La Sirène, we also grabbed a non-dairy Butterbeer…you know, for science. It is officially on the menu as Bièraubeurre Glacée Non-Dary and costs $8.99. We are happy to report that it tastes just like the Butterbeer you can find at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. We figured it would, but we still had to give it a try!
