Dear Disney, We Are BEGGING for This RARE Character Meet and Greet To Become Permanent

Meeting characters around the Disney parks and resorts is one of the BEST parts of the trip!

And, you can even find some pretty rare characters hiding around, too — if you know where to look. A recent holiday brought some rare characters out from the woodwork at Disneyland, and we were lucky enough to meet one of the rarest of them all!

We stopped by the Pixar Place Hotel at Disneyland on Earth Day — April 22nd, 2025 — to meet the cutest little trash robot we’ve ever seen: WALL-E! He was out and about, roaming in the lobby and greeting guests — reminding them to be kind to the Earth, of course.

We love seeing characters like this around Disney parks and beyond because they showcase the incredible technology that Imagineers come up with. Just look at him hanging out in this video we shared on X/Twitter!

While WALL-E isn’t a regular character you can meet at the Disney parks, this is just another example of how you never know who you might run into on your trip! Certain special events boast quite the lineup of rare Disney characters, like After Hours events and holiday parties. Plus, holidays typically bring out some of the best characters around!
