Disney4me Posted June 30, 2014 Report Share Posted June 30, 2014 If you’re a World Cup fan, you probably already know that the matches are televised daily at ESPN Zone in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. You may have even seen fans lining up outside ESPN Zone prior to kickoff.Now the Downtown Disney District is offering an additional option for viewing the competition. Matches will be televised on a jumbo 10-by-16-foot outdoor LED screen in the Downtown Disney District common area, between ESPN Zone and Earl of Sandwich.When the World Cup semi-finals, third place and finals matches arrive on July 8, 9, 12 and 13, Downtown Disney District World Cup festivities will also feature a DJ and additional special activities for fans.
