Disney4me Posted July 11, 2014 Report Share Posted July 11, 2014 Cool news out of Disneyland Paris this week — La Place de Rémy is now open at Walt Disney Studios Park!And the new area is home to the brand new attraction and table service restaurant inspired by the Disney-Pixar animated film Ratatouille, news we first told you about earlier this year. A ride? Based on a restaurant? Especially a French restaurant??? I love it!L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy — The New Ratatouille-Themed Attraction at Disneyland ParisThe attraction, L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, seems like all kinds of fun, too! As guests shrink down to rodent size, they board little rat-shaped cars. The scale allows riders to experience the grandeur of Paris — and world-famous Gusteau’s — from Rémy’s point of view!Guests scurry willy-nilly through a course, high above the rooftops of Paris, before making their way through Gusteau’s kitchen and dining room. And it’s a safe bet that the ride delivers a few thrills and chills along the way, courtesy of Chef Skinner!Once guests complete their harrowing journey, they’re delivered to their final destination — Bistrot Chez Rémy. And after all this talk of ratatouille, of course it’s featured on the menu!Gusteau’s Sign Soars Over La Place de Rémy and Bistrot Chez RémyWhile L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy and Bistrot Chez Rémy are now open, guests still have something to look forward to, as merchandise outlet Chez Marianne will open later this year.I think it’s time for a field trip!
