Trattoria al Forno is replacing Cat Cora's Kouzzina at Disney’s BoardWalk in December, according to the Disney Parks blog. The restaurant will specialize in Old World techniques, including handcrafted mozzarella made daily, cavatelli (small dumpling-shaped pasta) and a variety of Neopolitan-style pizzas baked in wood-burning ovens.
