Disney4me Posted August 27, 2014 Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 We are back with another look at some of the Marketplace Booths that will be featured at the 2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival!Today, we are visiting two more of our favorite spots — one Old World, and one New!Both the Belgium Booth and the Brazil Booth epitomize one of this year’s biggest themes. We can’t wait to Taste Our Way Around the World with lots of returning favorites, and some new flavors as well.Let’s take a look at what these two Marketplaces will be offering guests in 2014, starting September 19th.Belgium Marketplace BoothThe Belgium Marketplace Booth offers Food and Wine Festival guests the best of both worlds. We love the interesting food options here. But it’s also a primo stop on your Brews Around the World Tour as well!Belgium Marketplace BoothThe Belgium Booth first debuted at the festival in 2010, and has become a mainstay since then. This year, the flavors are amped up a bit as the Beef topping the savory waffle is braised in Beer!Potato and Leek Waffle with Braised BeefAfter such a hearty dish, we definitely recommend that you give one of the dessert waffles a try. You can’t go wrong with Belgian Waffle topped with Warm Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream.Belgian Waffle with Warm Chocolate Ganache and Whipped CreamBut if you’d rather have a fruit topping, no worries. Choose from a single option, or try a Beer Flight for variety.Belgian Beer FlightLeffeAnd this year, we expect that the addition of Stella Artois Cidre will be a popular one!BrazilBrazil Booth2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Brazil Booth MenuMoqueca de Pescado: Regal Springs Premium Tilapia with Coconut Lime Sauce and Steamed Rice (gluten free)Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Tomato and Cilantro (Gluten Free)Pão de Queijo: Brazilian cheese breadCocada: Brazilian Coconut CandyKaiser Brewery Xingu Black BeerCarnaval Moscato Sparkling White WineTannat ReserveFrozen CaipirinhaThe Brazil Booth was on hiatus in 2012, but returned in 2013 with a brand new menu. In 2014, the Booth will feature a mix of returning and new flavors.Replacing the featured Scallop dish from last year, Moqueca de Pescado is a traditional Brazilian Fish Stew with Coconut Sauce. This version has a local twist, featuring sustainably-farmed Regal Springs Tilapia. It will be served over Rice.Moqueca de Pescado: Regal Springs Premium Tilapia with Coconut Lime Sauce and Steamed RiceMaking its return is one of the Festival’s favorite dishes from last year, the Crispy Pork Belly. We can’t wait to have this one again!Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, and CilantroWe expect that Pao de Queijo, or Brazilian Cheese Bread, will be popular with guests. How can you miss with cheese?!Pao de Queijo — Brazilian Cheese BreadAnd Kaiser Brewery Xingu Black Beer returns as well! Much lighter bodied than you might expect, this dark beer pairs beautifully with the pork belly dish.Kaiser Brewery Xingu Black BeerHooray! One of our favorite Festival cocktails, the Frozen Caipirinha, also returns!Frozen CaipirinhaCarnaval Moscato is a great dessert wine, and a surprising find!
