Disney4me
Tucked between the “Honey I Shrunk the Kids†play area and its neighboring waterhole, High Octane Refreshments, Studio Catering Co. is just your basic quick stop with plenty of seats along with lots of shade and high-powered fans for hot Florida days.Learn About:Studio Catering Co.Disney's Hollywood StudiosDisney World RestaurantsWe’ve enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich here in the past, but really, Studio Catering Co. has never been particularly known for any signature items or “must-do dining.”However, the menu has been given a bit of a revamp, and some of the items seem to have some definite potential! Nearly the entire menu has been refreshed, and while some items bear a resemblance to previous bites here, a couple are all new.For instance, the new Pulled Beef Brisket Sandwich features braised beef brisket, Muenster cheese, arugula and horseradish sauce served on a ciabatta roll.Braised Pulled Brisket SandwichFans of the previous Toasted Tuscan may enjoy the Deli Sandwich, which issmoked ham, salami, pepperoni (woo!), creamy Caesar pesto, and oodles of toppings such as kalamata olives, pepperoncini peppers and a Balsamic glaze served with house made chips.Deli SandwichThe new Vegetable Wrap bears a close resemblance to what was previously the Grilled Vegetable sandwich: both feature zucchini, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, watercress, and provolone cheese. However, the new spinach tortilla wrap is seasoned with a garlic herb spread as opposed to the previous sun-dried tomato pesto.Vegetable WrapThe Turkey Cheese Panini (turkey, Swiss and Provolone) replaces the Pressed Turkey Club, and comes with Tomato Basil Soup on the side. Oh, and that soup? It’s one of two new sides along with house made chips.Turkey and Cheese PaniniThe new Spicy Chipotle Ranch Chicken is a breaded chicken breast with chipotle ranch dressing, also served on ciabatta (this will be your closest option to that old favorite Buffalo chicken sammie). Of all the previous items, only the Greek Salad remains unchanged. For me, I’m thinking it’s going to be the Pulled Beef Brisket with house made chips.
