The Manhattan cocktail became popular during Prohibition, and remains popular with guests of Carthay Circle Restaurant and Lounge at Disney California Adventure park. This swanky signature cocktail is served with Carthay Circle Restaurant’s famous ice sphere, and is garnished with cherries. The ice sphere used in the cocktail is a perfect sphere—the optimal shape for keeping your drink cold, without melting and diluting the drink.

For this drink, you will need:

• 2 Ounces rye whisky
• 1/2 Ounce sweet vermouth
• A couple dashes of bitters
• Cherry garnish
