The 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival FULL Booth Menus are now available!See the 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Menus and Start Planning!Be sure to click on our individual pages for each booth to see food photos of most of the dishes!While we wait together for the beginning of this year’s Food and Wine Festival, I’ll share some of the brand new items we can’t wait to try this year!New! 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Booths and Menu ItemsFor the first time in the history of the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, the fun is officially expanding into Future World, as the first ever Marketplace Booths will be located in this part of the park.Named Next Eats, this area, inspired by the ABC food talk show The Chew, will host two different booths (and the food at these booths is actually pretty delicious!). The Sustainable Chew Marketplace Booth will feature recipes by the show’s chefs, and will use foods grown right in Epcot’s The Land Pavilion! Guests can learn as they nosh as well, with an emphasis here on sustainably-grown food.Pork Spareribs with Red Wine and Fennel and Cheesy Mascarpone Grits featured at Sustainable ChewAnd the Chew Lab Booth will take guests to the place where science meets food.Liquid Nitro Chocolate Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey Caramel at Chew LabThe Smoking HibiscusThe Artistry of Wine and Cheese, another new area for 2015, will also be located in Future World. These twin booths will beautifully display varieties of cheese and wine, and make pairings easy.We recently had our first chance to try Escondidinho de Carne Layered Meat Pie, which will debut this year at the Brazil Booth, and it’s sooooo good!Escondidinho de Carne Layered Meat Pie at Brazil — This One Will Be a Big Hit!And we can’t wait to try a new additions to the lineup in the France Booth.
