Guide to Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Eats at Disneyland Resort

Recently, I shared a complete listing of specialty food and beverage items for Holidays at Disneyland Resort. Today, I have the full list of special Disney ¡Viva Navidad! eats you’ll only find at Disney California Adventure park.

Homemade Pozole – Mild chile and pork stew with hominy and oregano, served with tortilla chips
Ceviche Plate – Fresh fish and shrimp, marinated in citrus, cilantro, onions and chiles, served with a side of tortilla chips and salsa

Torta al Pastor – Soft telera roll topped with chorizo beans, marinated pork, lettuce, avocado mash and Mexican crema

Sopes de Barbacoa – Two fried cornmeal patties topped with chorizo beans, shredded beef, cabbage, Mexican crema and cotija cheese, served with a side of achiote rice and tortilla chips and salsa
Street-Style Tacos – Three corn tortilla tacos filled with your choice of marinated pork or shredded beef, topped with white onion and fresh cilantro
Chicken Mole – Roasted chicken smothered with mole sauce and cotija cheese, served with a side of corn salad and achiote rice
Buñuelos – Two golden-fried flour tortillas dusted with cinnamon-sugar, served with a side of cajeta
Sweet Pineapple and Raisin Tamales – A pair of traditional, sweet tamales served with a pineapple-caramel sauce
Champurrado – Mexican hot chocolate with masa harina
Kids Cheese Quesadilla – Served with apples and carrots

Chorizo Pizza – Thick-crust pizza with a mild tomato sauce, mozzarella and cotija cheese, spicy chorizo, fresh pico de gallo and a tomatillo-cilantro crema drizzle
