James O'Donnell, who has led kitchens from Los Angeles to Jacksonville, has been named executive chef of STK Orlando, a new restaurant opening soon in Disney Springs. O'Donnell will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations at the two-level, 15,000-square-foot modern steakhouse.
