Disney4me
It’s time once again to celebrate a GRAND tradition… the Fifth Annual Easter Egg Display at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort! Grand Floridian Easter Egg And it’s become something of a tradition for us here at the DFB to share them with you in case your spring break plans don’t include a visit to Disney World this year. (If they DO, you’ll want to note that the Eggs are on display through April 4th.) Grand Floridian Easter Eggs The Grand Floridian Bakery Team has designed these beautiful, edible Easter ornaments for twenty years, though up until five years ago they were only displayed in the Resort’s restaurants. These days each chocolate egg creation is available for everyone to see, spaced throughout various areas of the Grand Floridian lobby. 2016 Grand Floridian Easter Egg Display Grand Floridian Easter Eggs Grand Floridian Easter Eggs Grand Floridian Easter Eggs Grand Floridian Easter Eggs Chocolate Shavings surrounding Easter Eggs As always, several of the eggs pay homage to many Disney characters we know and love. That’s because some of the eggs are able to be preserved. These include the Sleeping Beauty Egg, which is encased in glass because it has been on display in front of the Garden View Lounge throughout the year (so keep an eye out at the Grand Floridian to see if you can catch one of the eggs even if you miss the Easter festivities!).
