Disney4me
Memorial Day Weekend is fast approaching… and with it will come brand new experiences at Disney’s Animal Kingdom as it officially makes the transition into a full-day park offering nighttime activities! ©Disney Naturally, we here at the DFB are most concerned about the ones involving FOOD! So, without further ado… Tiffins and Nomad Lounge We’ve been looking forward to this bit of news ever since it was announced that Signature Dining was on its way to Animal Kingdom… Tiffins — the brand new waterfront restaurant serving lunch and dinner to Animal Kingdom travelers — will start accepting Advance Dining Reservations May 21st (TOMORROW) for dates beginning May 27th! And, of course, this means the Nomad Lounge will be opening on the same day! Like bars and lounges all over Disney World, no Advance Dining Reservations will be accepted. Just show up at the lounge’s location on Discovery Island (adjacent to Tiffins), and enjoy plates featuring international cuisine and drinks inspired by global travels. The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic Dining Packages Though the Rivers of Light evening spectacular has met with delays, Discovery River will still play host to a brand new, limited-run show this summer. The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic will make its debut on May 28th! ©Disney Similar to the already-existing Fantasmic!
