Disney4me
With all of the new summer offerings kicking off at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this weekend, one new addition I’m very excited to try is Tiffins, the park’s newest dining option. Located in the park’s Discovery Island area, the menu is inspired by the world travels of the park’s creators, with menu options including Berbere-Spiced Lamb Chop with Mustard Greens (Africa); Berkshire Pork Tenderloin with Huitlacoche Tamale (South America), and Miso-glazed Black Cod with Forbidden Rice in Steamed Bok Choy with Turmeric Sauce (Asia), and much more. The restaurant’s decor features artwork, photos collages, paintings and sculptures and more that were actually inspired by field sketches our Imagineers created during their research.
