Disney4me
If you are in Disney World or anywhere around the Orlando area on June 30, 2016, we would like you to know about Dine Out for #OrlandoUnited — a city and statewide event in which participating restaurants all across Orlando and the rest of Florida are helping to raise money to benefit the OneOrlando Fund supporting the victims of the recent tragedy at The Pulse, and their families. Dine Out for #OrlandoUnited logo via the Morimoto Asia Facebook Page Participating restaurants in Disney World include Morimoto Asia, Bongos Cuban Cafe, House of Blues Orlando, Portobello, Raglan Road, Splitsville Luxury Lanes, STK Orlando, T-Rex, Yak and Yeti and the Rainforest Cafe (both the Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs locations). Ravello and Capa at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World are also on the list. Restaurants will be participating in a variety of ways. Some may donate a portion of their total sales or profits for the day, while others may make a donation for each guest served, or for sales of a specific menu item. Some may collect donations received from guests and staff. You can learn about the ways restaurants have been invited to participate by visiting the Dine Out Orlando page on the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association website. We learned about this event on the Morimoto Asia Facebook Page. They will be donating 100% of the sales from Morimoto Asia Street Food on June 30th. Morimoto Asia Street Food The list of participating restaurants all over Orlando and throughout the state is quite extensive, so you needn’t be at Disney World to participate by dining at one of the establishments. Thank you to the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association for organizing Dine Out for #OrlandoUnited, and to all participating restaurants.
