This past spring we found out that Paddlefish is coming to Disney Springs in the former location of Fulton’s Crab House. The new restaurant will focus on seafood as well as chops and steaks and a new oyster shucking bar!

Way back in the Summer we shared a sneak peek at a few menu items. And while the official menu hasn’t been announced yet we have another peek at more of the menu items coming soon to Paddlefish.

First, check out the Lobster Roll! We can’t wait to try this one!

If seafood and pasta is your thing, you might want to check out the Linguine with Clams.

We’re always looking for a good burger and this Burger with Pimento Cheese is one we’ll definitely be ordering.

Sometimes you just want a steak, even if you’re dining at a seafood joint. This New York Strip with Cauliflower Puree will also be on the menu.

Cauliflower Puree seems to be a trend with the Paddlefish menu, as you’ll also find it in this dish paired with Scallops and Brussels sprouts.

So we know Paddlefish is serving seafood, steaks, and burgers, but the menu will also feature salads including this Wheat Berry Salad with Shrimp.

You’ll also find several unique cocktails at Paddlefish, including the Captain Handsome (love the name) and the Lily Spritzer.

We’re looking forward to checking out this Southern Sangria – maybe at the new rooftop bar!

The full menu for Paddlefish is still in the final stages but it will also feature a “build your own” fish boil, Alaskan King Crab, and Florida Stone Crab.

We haven’t heard an official opening date for Paddlefish, but we’ve been hearing “late 2016.” Time’s a-tickin’…

Will you be visiting Paddlefish when it opens? Let us know in the comments.
