When the weather outside is frightful, Red Mint Marshmallows in a piping hot cup of hot chocolate are so delightful! Today, I’m sharing the second recipe in our Bring Home the Magic: Holiday Edition series, a sweet treat from Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure park.

You can find these homemade marshmallows in the white hot chocolate at the Treats for Santa Marketplace, but at home you serve them with your favorite kind of hot chocolate. These minty marshmallows are perfect for treat swaps, a hot cocoa bar at a holiday party or a great gift (package up a few to give with hot cocoa).
