Disney4me
What a lovely Monday morning it is at Magic Kingdom Park! We’re kicking off another week of content on the Disney Parks Blog by sharing a simply magical photo snapped by Disney Photographer Matt Stroshane. Here, you can see Cinderella Castle, just moments before the park opens for the day, the Castle’s golden trimming shining in the morning sun. Built in 1971, the Castle has served as the icon of Magic Kingdom Park. It towers 189-feet-tall and features a design that was inspired by European castles and palaces, including Fontainebleau and Versailles. Cinderella Castle has been the backdrop for many exciting family photos over the years and has served as an amazing setting for world-class entertainment – day and night. Most recently, it’s castle stage has become the center for “Let the Magic Begin,” the park’s morning welcome show that started just a few weeks ago. Read more about that show, here.
