Disney4me
The Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Room in Epcot’s United Kingdom Pavilion is an authentic English pub that just happens to be in Central Florida. And, it’s one of our favorite spots to grab a pint and a bite to eat! You’ll find a hearty menu full of British favorites including cottage pie, fish and chips, and some of the best pints around. And now a new traditional favorite on the menu – Sunday Roast! Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Room The Sunday Roast is a traditional British meal featuring roasted meat, potatoes, vegetables and Yorkshire pudding. A few years ago Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney Springs started offering a similar meal – ‘Host the Roast’ – which was created to honor the traditional Sunday Irish lunch. Raglan Road’s Host the Roast featured Roast Rib of Beef, Roasted Pork Loin, Roasted Leg of New Zealand Lamb, or Roasted Lemon Thyme Chicken served with traditional sides. Beef Standing Rib Roast Host the Roast Platter The Sunday Roast at the Rose and Crown will alternate weekly between Roasted Pork, Roasted Turkey, or Lamb with Mint Sauce with traditional sides including roasted potatoes, peas and carrots, sage and onion stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, and gravy. And, it’s only served on Sundays.
