Hungry Bear Restaurant in Critter Country This place has some great food, but we really love them for their desserts! Who can forget that super cute Lemon Bumblebee Cupcake (make it at home with this handy recipe), or the individual Blueberry Pies? But more than anything — Hungry Bear knows a thing or two about making some really amazing Funnel Cakes. I can’t get enough of their Churro Funnel Cake! Sigh. Where do I wish I were right now? And now, you do too. Churro Funnel Cake And the seasonal Apple Pie Funnel Cake is crazy good. Apple Pie Funnel Cake And so, when our Dining in Disneyland pal Heather Sievers spied the another entry into the Funnel Cake Genre, we were ALL IN. Behold, the Blueberry Lemon Funnel Cake. Blueberry Lemon Funnel Cake at Hungry Bear Restaurant The base may be a plain Funnel Cake, but that’s just the beginning. On top, they add Blueberry Compote, Lemon Frosting Drizzle, Whipped Cream, and Powdered Sugar. Perfect summer flavors!! Blueberry Lemon Funnel Cake — Up Close! And it’s just as incredible as it looks! Crispy Funnel Cake, sweet Blueberries, a tangy Lemon Glaze — and a Mickey Whipped Cream face! Does it get any better? It’s on the menu for now, but no telling how long it will stick around — so get it while you can!
