You have until April 16 to sip and taste your way through more than a dozen different Festival Marketplaces at the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, each with a menu inspired by California-grown ingredients.

One of the most unusual offerings is the Jackfruit Carnitas Banh Mi Nachos with Cilantro Crema and “Pickled” de Gallo, available at Off the Cobb Marketplace. The main ingredient, jackfruit, is a nutritious member of the fig family; vegetarians often make a meatless barbecue with this sweet fruit, since barbecue sauce is often sweet.

Give these vegetarian nachos with a sweet kick a try — they’re even vegan if you omit the sauce! This video shows how the nachos are made.

Don’t miss all the flavor and fun of the festival! Visit disneyland.com/foodandwine for more.
