A tart Granny Smith apple is covered in creamy caramel before being enrobed in sweet milk chocolate and adorned with peanut butter cups. The Peanut Butter Cup apple is finished with of smooth peanut butter and milk chocolate. Find it throughout the month of May at Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure park, Candy Palace and Hunny Spot in Disneyland park and Marceline’s Confectionary in the Downtown Disney District. A new cupcake is now available at Disney’s Hollywood Studios – a chocolate cupcake with cookies and cream buttercream is topped with everyone’s favorite Guardians of the Galaxy character, Groot. Find it at Trolley Car Café, ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, and Rosie’s All-American Café. Look for new cupcakes available throughout Magic Kingdom Park! At Prince Eric’s Village Market life is the bubbles with a vibrant cupcake topped with a fish, Friar’s Nook features a cupcake with pink buttercream topped with a crown, and the cupcake at Gaston’s Tavern is inspired by Belle’s dress—yellow topped with an edible red rose. While at Gaston’s Tavern, you might spot some new macarons. Choose your favorite flavors in the “Tavern Trio of Macarons.” Whether you choose Pistachio, Raspberry and Lemon or Chocolate, Vanilla and Coffee, you can’t go wrong! While you’re in Magic Kingdom Park, be sure to try the new Mickey-shaped cinnamon roll at Main Street Bakery, it’s swell! Adults can enjoy a new bourbon-chocolate milkshake coming to Trilo-Bites in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. Garnished with candied bacon, this is a treat you won’t want to miss. Don’t worry, they have delicious chocolate milkshakes for guests under 21 years of age. At Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs, you’ll find a new Petite Spring Time Cake with vanilla chiffon cake, dulcey champagne mousse, strawberry jam, strawberry pate de fruit, feuilletine crunch, tuille garnish. Speaking of cake, the popular Amorette’s Cake Decorating Experience has been extended through August 15, and beginning on May 14, the experience will be offered 3 times per week. In a special 90-minute cake decorating experience, you’ll decorate your own Mickey Cake while a pastry artist shares insider stories and tips. Cost is $129 plus tax for 2 guests decorating one cake.
