I am Chinese by heritage. My parents introduced me to the wonders of dim sum (aka culinary heaven) at a young age. If you haven’t experienced this type of cuisine, dim sum is a meal in which you get to select small plates of various yumminess.

We take dim sum to a global level at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. You can choose from 105 food options and 137 types of drinks! Designer, Jeff Maurer, created a special wallpaper in honor of the festivities. Grab your forks and let’s go!
