Do you have a ticket to the 2017 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic? If so, then you’re going to want to know a few of the bites you’ve just GOT to try on the Causeway when the event takes place this Friday and Saturday evening from 5:30 to 9:00 pm!

The Causeway

The Causeway

We’ve already given you a full rundown of the event here. But we were also able to attend a Preview of the Classic this week, and can’t resist sharing a few of our very favorite bites with you to make sure you don’t miss them if you’re attending the event. Because with over 60 stations, 49 different dishes, and over 60 beverages to choose from, you’ll definitely want to go in with a plan!

And the Shanghai Dumplings (Pan Roasted Pork Dumplings) with Soy Sauce nabbed a spot on our list, too. (These were around last year and we circled back for them, like, 8 times.)
