The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

Running through May 28th, this annual celebration of all things that bloom will mark the 25th Anniversary of the Festival! And one of the highlights over the past several years has been the Outdoor Kitchens. These food booths, similar to the Marketplace Booths for the Food and Wine Festival — focus on flavors fresh from the garden.

Let’s look at some of the familiar and new flavors we’ll be experiencing at the Festival in a few weeks!

Epcot Flower and Garden Festival Food Booths

There will be a total of fifteen Food Booths for 2018.

New among them will be The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by the National Honey Board featuring all-new dishes such as Roasted Cauliflower with buckwheat honey carrot puree, wild rice pilaf, asparagus, honey blistered grapes and sunflower brittle and Honey Tandoori Chicken Flatbread with white cheddar cheese, charred vegetables, clover honey sour cream and micro watercress.

And for dessert? A Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with orange blossom honey ice cream garnished with fennel pollen meringue kisses.

And, of course, many of our Festival favorites will return! Look once more for the famous Frushi (fruit sushi) at the Hanami Food Booth in Japan!

Fleur de Lys in France will feature an entirely new food menu, with items like the Tarte à la Tomate Provençale: Provencal Tomato Tart with sautéed onions, fresh thyme and rosemary on a flaky pastry crust. You can also try the Macaron au Chocolat en Sucette — the Large Chocolate Macaron Lollipop — for dessert!

These concerts are free with Epcot admission, and take place three times per evening (5:30pm, 6:45pm, 8:00pm), on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays throughout the Festival.
