St. Patrick’s Day is approaching, and you know Disney Springs had to get in on the action! And we’re glad they have, because the eats are lookin’ lucky over on Disney Springs’ Instagram!

First up, let’s visit Sprinkles Cupcakes, where the new seasonal flavor is Irish Coffee.

Sprinkles came through with these close-up shots, which show the cake on this one is Belgian dark chocolate with coffee and Jameson Whiskey.

The Irish Coffee Cupcake is frosted with Bailey’s Irish Cream frosting. And from March 15 to March 17, the frosting will be green! So fun!
