At least, visitors to Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District will be when Salt & Straw opens later this year! The family-run business (cousins Kim and Tyler Malek are the creators of Salt & Straw) is known for unique flavors featuring everything from Honey Lavender to Chocolate Gooey Brownie in their Classic Portland Flavors, and Coffee & Bourbon (YES!!), Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache, and Black Olive Brittle & Goat Cheese (WHAAAT??) as part of their Classic Los Angeles Flavors, as listed on the Salt & Straw website. In the wake of an announcement of several closures in the District to make way for a brand new Disneyland Resort hotel, this fun addition is certainly welcome news!
