Disneyland is making sure we don’t go hungry this holiday season! Between California Adventure’s Festival of Holidays and all of the holiday sweet and savory treats in both parks we are on another epic food crawl! Our latest stop is at California Adventure’s Cozy Cone Motel in Cars Land for Luigi’s Chicken Pesto Cone.

Cozy Cone Motel!

The Cozy Cone let Luigi in the kitchen and he whipped up an Italian inspired cone (he is a Fiat after all).

Luigi’s cone includes creamy pesto alfredo pasta, marinated chicken, balsamic reduction, bruschetta tomatoes, and romano cheese. Sounds delicious to us before we even take a bite! Creamy, cheesy, all wrapped in carbs — sign us up!

Take a look at this! There’s more cheese on there than is in the photo, already a plus for us. There’s a good serving of the bruschetta tomatoes as well.

Time to dive in. This dish is delicious — we’d go far as to say super yummy. We loved the balance of all of the flavors in there along with the marinated chicken.

This does have a little kick to it, if you’re very spice adverse you may want to steer clear (really bad Cars pun, we know!) of this, but the spice is not overwhelming or burn your lips spicy.

We’d love to see this stay on the menu after the holidays, but sadly, it’s a holiday time treat only. We happily recommend this to you as you complete your Disneyland Holiday food crawl!
