Bob Chapek, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Consumer Products announced that guests will be able to access the Disney Skyliner in the fall of 2019! From support towers to Skyliner stations, Disney is gearing up for this new transportation system which will connect Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot to four Resorts: Art of Animation, Pop Century, Caribbean Beach and the upcoming Disney’s Riviera Resort. Hollywood Studios Skyliner Station Along with today’s announcement, Disney shared that “guests arriving at the International Gateway station will travel through the trees and be welcomed into Epcot with remarkable, never before-seen views across World Showcase.” It was also revealed that, “Workers just installed the last support tower at the Resort and are beginning to thread the series of reinforced cables to carry guests in stylish themed gondolas.” Epcot Skyliner Station Progress So get ready to travel the Walt Disney World skies starting in the fall of 2019!
