Disney4me Posted November 29, 2018 Report Share Posted November 29, 2018 Some of the best youth football teams from across America will be battling it out for national championships this weekend at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex when the 62nd edition of the Pop Warner Super Bowl Championship tournament gets underway at Walt Disney World Resort. Throughout the week-long tournament fans can get an up close and personal look at a few future NFL stars as 64 teams compete for national championships in two divisions and five age/weight ranges (Jr. Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Jr. Varsity, Varsity and Unlimited). More than 70 percent of current NFL players got their start playing Pop Warner football including New York Giants WR Odell Beckham, Jr., Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald and Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck. Games take place Saturday, Sunday, Dec. 4, Dec. 5, Dec. 7 and Dec. 8. Fans can also see cheer and dance teams competing in the Pop Warner Cheer and Dance Championships, which features more than 400 teams competing over a five-day span. Fans may purchase a single-day admission ticket for $18.50 (ages 10+) or $13.50 (ages 3-9), or a length-of-tournament event pass for $55.50 (ages 10+) or $40.50 (ages 3-9). Parking is available in the main parking lot at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Not able to make it in person?
