Remember the totally awesome Campfire Cupcake? Roaring Fork Sign And we were excited to break the news that the loaded waffles were back at this quick-service staple recently, too! Loaded Mickey Waffles at Roaring Fork Well, the pastry wizards at Roaring Fork are at it again, this time bringing the flavor with the Chocolate Peppermint cupcake of the month. Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake Aside from the obvious — this is a pale green, sparkly beauty! — the Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake tastes awesome. Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake Think Thin Mint in cupcake form, and you’ve got this one nailed. Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake The frosting is the cool mint of the Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake, and the details in the decorations are so sweet and wintery. There’s some ice-like sugar, snowflake sprinkles, and edible glitter. Elsa would be proud. Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake The interior of the cupcake gives it some richness as it’s filled with thick chocolate fudge! Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake Thick. Chocolate. Fudge. Yum! The richness of the fudge and the height of that mint frosting might make this one a cupcake to share. Maybe.
