Just as the students were about to begin their workshop, Adam Jacobs, who originated the title role in “Aladdin” both on Broadway and national tour, surprised the students by joining his sister, Arielle Jacobs, who is currently playing Jasmine in “Aladdin” on Broadway, for a duet of the classic tune, “A Whole New World.”

After this shining, shimmering and, of course, splendid performance, Adam and Arielle shared their experiences with Disney on Broadway and gave advice on how to succeed in show business.

Adam and Arielle were in town for the Disney on Broadway Concert Series at the Epcot International Festival of the Arts, which runs daily through Feb. 25. So, if you’re a fan of the great white way, be sure to visit the America Gardens Theatre to get your fix of Disney show tunes performed by talent from beloved shows such as “The Lion King,” “Aladdin” and “Mary Poppins.”

Disney Broadway Magic is just one of more than a dozen Disney Performing Arts workshops that give performance groups the opportunity to develop character, camaraderie and confidence while fine-tuning their skills at Walt Disney World Resort.
