House of Blues has released a new limited-time New Orleans style sandwich — just in time for Mardi Gras! House of Blues in Disney Springs This riff on the classic beef “debris” poboy features “sliced New Orleans style Braised Beef on a French roll,” dressed with Roma tomatoes, dill pickles and mayo and is served with french fries.
