Jaleo Construction in Disney Springs

And though we don’t know an opening date, we do have some insight into the opening month for Jaleo, according to the website joseandres.com.

On the site’s February-March calendar, we read the following: “Jaleo Disney Springs Grand Opening! The newest and largest Jaleo will open in Disney Springs in Florida this March. The 22,000-square foot restaurant – the fifth Jaleo in the country – will feature Spanish favorites from José’s flagship restaurant in D.C., along with an expanded menu of wood-fired paellas and grilled meats.”
