ANAHEIM, Calif. — Disney chefs aimed for a few surprises as they decided what people might eat in outer space at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Order a raspberry cream puff? It’s a pale green. Ask for the hummus and meatball dish? The meatball isn’t made of meat, but you can’t taste the difference.
